Blaze Vape & Smoke shop — Local services in South Lake Tahoe

I've been shopping at this shop for a while and overall, they carry a solid range of products, great selection, good brands, and the Sam is always super friendly! However, I've run into a recurring issue with receiving a few faulty vapes that work straight out of the box but after a few hours go bad. Unfortunately, because of their strict no refunds or exchanges policy, I've ended up losing money on products that were essentially unused.

I completely understand store policies, but I do wish there was some sort of process in place to handle defective items, like an option to exchange for the same product so they could claim the warranty through the manufacturer. It feels frustrating to be left with no solution for something that...

Shop was absolutely amazing. They or one of the few shops that I could find that carried cigars. (some cubans and a few others he even offered to order me any that he didn't have in stock)Everything I asked him to order was ready and in store within two-three days. Great selection of Vapes with tons of flavors and juices. Awesome section of pipes/bubblers/dabbers/nectar collectors etc loved all the gorgeous glass. This is the go-to smoke and vape shop in the Tahoe area! They have great prices, wide selection of glass, vapes, and all sorts of other fun stuff. Buckle up for a ride and grab some awesome mushroom gummies, or even a mushroom vape!! This is a great shop! The staff is incredible as well!
