We booked our stay here because it had great reviews and we're glad we did. From the moment you walk into the lodge office you'll see how cozy this place is. With big over stuffed comfy chairs, and the library in the lounge. The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable. We were helped quickly and our questions about the area were answered with diligents giving us detailed information from a locals prespective. Parking was convient. They have carts that you can use to bring your belongings up to the room. As for the room we had a one bedroom suite. It was pretty roomy, my daughter likes to bring her tent to sleep in and there was room in the living room for it. See picture. The kitchenette was well equipped with plates, cups, bowls and utensils along with a pot and some cooking utensils. A nice size fridge and dishwasher and microwave. The bed was great, not one of those hard things that makes you think your sleeping on the floor. Plenty of pillows. We were on the third floor and we had a nice little balcony that has a view of the mountain. See pic. The dinning room table is an ample size with four chairs. One thing I would like more of is tables to put your things on, like a table to put your wallet, purse and room key as you walk in the door or at least close to it. We have deffently found a place to stay when we go to Lake Tahoe.

We stayed here the first week in February, and there was wonderful snow! Everyone is very accommodating, and I really appreciated being able to call for trash pickup or towels and it was brought to your door/picked up there! I also really liked getting a latte from the machine in the lobby after a day in the snow. My only complaints is there is no oven but one built into the microwave so baking was a little bit of a learning curve and didn't work as well as we would have liked and the HVAC system sounds like a tornado coming on so we turned it way down at night to have some peace and quiet. Other than that, it's a very nice and cozy place right next to everything! You may even see wildlife from your balcony like we did.

Me & my boyfriend stayed here for my birthday. It was in the middle of the week It’s a timeshare so there are so many rules that weren’t in the reviews or on the website. The game room & sauna closes at 7 pm This was a HUGE disappointment It just felt so restricted & like it was for Sr citizens . The rooms are so tiny the lighting in sink vanity area is so dim. It was difficult to get ready. The couch was so uncomfortable the decor was dated The carpet was old. The balcony was made for only standing & looking. We were very disappointed we made the best of it Mike was very helpful. The staff were very friendly. The service was awesome.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE IN THE SUMMER !!!! There are NO WINDOWS!!!!!! in the bedrooms, or bathroom, or anywhere in the flat apart from one window in the dining area. There was no ventilation at all and it was like sleeping in a hot oven or sauna. No one in our family of 4 slept a wink. We could hardly BREATH in the claustrophobic boxed windowless bedroom. I do believe for a room to be classified as a BEDROOM it must have a window! This was not a bedroom but a closet . The place should therefore be advertised as a STUDIO FLAT NOT A ONE BEDROOM because that’s what it was and it was certainly NOT FIT FOR 4 PEOPLE It was the worst night sleep we have ever had in our lives. Our daughters were crying and we considered sleeping in the car instead. There were 4 INDUSTRIAL sized fans for a tiny tiny space . They obviously know there is a problem with ventilation in this room. The staff member Jennifer on the night we arrived was also incredibly rude, said not her problem take it up with booking .com . The property boasts WiFi there was NO WIFI. We explained with no WiFi we could not take it up with booking . com , the receptionist said not her problem there was WiFi in the casinos . I explained my daughters were underage for casinos, she again reiterated that it was not her problem. This experience absolutely destroyed our trip to Tahoe as we spend the few hours we were there trying to find an alternative place to stay by hanging out in Starbucks the only place we could get WiFi or connect to the internet. In the end we gave up and left Tahoe 15 hours after arrival, rather than stay for the 3 nights we had booked for a fun get away swimming in the lake experience. This place might be nice for a couple in winter but should not be rented out to a party or family of 4 in the summer months. It was the worst place we ever booked in our lives . There was no proper television , no netflicks, you have to rent films from the front desk that shuts at 5.30 pm or have nothing to watch. The same receptionist failed to tell us that the doors are locked after 5,30pm as we found ourselves locked in the premises with no idea how to get out . All of us panicked as we couldn’t get out of the property . We made our way to the basement , there was no one on site and no other guests to ask for help and we let ourselves out that way . We had to figure out ourselves how to find our way back in after we went out to find WiFi so we could contact booking . com . I am aghast at the rude reception I received , Jennifer was positively the rudest receptionist customer service representative I have ever come across. I am a 60 year old woman and travelled extensively and have never experienced such a stressful experience. The apartment is not fit for habitation in the summer months unless you consider sleeping all...

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LODGE! |They (Jennifer the manager) are total ripoffs and liars. Made a booking with Expedia and just 3 hours later discovered it was the correct dates but the wrong month. Dates wanted were unavailable, so asked hotel (Jennifer) for refund or at least credit for any other open dates. She flat out refused to alter any part of the booking that was just made 3 hours prior and was 6 days out so no foul to anyone. I’m a senior citizen who travels every two months making thousands of hotel stays and travel arrangements for 35 years and never experience such outright disrespect for customers when the fix is so easy. Manager Jennifer kept trying to say I had to contact Expedia as she can’t change the booking, and she admitted it was a simple mistake and “they” should refund me without issue. Well, this was just a brush off as Expedia, in writing stated they are happy to refund the stay and for 5 days contacted the hotel by email and calls for authorization and Jennifer denied it each time while telling me each time it was not her but Expedia denying it. That was a total lie! I spoke with Expedia and they were extremely helpful in trying the resolve this. In fact, we actually did a conference call with Expedia and myself on the line to the Lodge and all they had to do was approve the refund and Expedia would waive all fees to the hotel for cancelling the reservation so no harm to them. BUT the lodge would not answer the phone (must have caller ID and knew it was Expedia calling and just pushed the calls to a full voice mail. While on this conference call I had my wife call the Lodge and guess what? Jennifer the manager answered the phone right away, but would not answer any of the calls from Expedia.|I was in the ecommerce hotel industry for two decades and I can tell you, no company or policy should rip clients off like this when to resolve it was an easy process and no financial loss to anyone! I will never deal with that lodge or company again. If you are a traveller, tourist or senior, beware. We all know there are emergencies that affect travel plans and this hotel could care less once they...
