12/15/2023 I found a new place to call home. On retrieving my things at Extra Space, Everything went GREAT. I was somewhere else in my mind and didn't contact them I was leaving but did. They contacted me within hours when they found my space Empty. I was embarrassed that i didn't let them know Prior or when I was there getting my stuff... But being Homeless for Three months you really don't think straight. Thankfully Extra Space was. I know this sounds like a PAID ad... Its Not. The place I left three months ago on Sunset Beach, TI, FL., completely Flooded AGAIN on the 16 of Dec. So sad. What I had left was Dry and Safe at Extra Space. Extra Space Storage delivers outstanding customer service and all locations that I have been to. Pasadena Florida's location, Dave is an outstanding manager with his customers best interest always in mind. Willing to help and suggest solutions to any question in a professional way! I moved in to my unit when we were faced with a hurricane. I knew that there was a second and third floor and I lived in a very low lying Coastal area that would definitely get flooded if things went bad. I immediately moved in to the second floor of this building praying to be above water. Just something to think about when you need to go, you need to go. Being a new building and just immaculately taken care of and clean, Extra space Storage in Passadena, Florida is my choice for this area of Florida. That storm turned and hit south of us. I had some extra things in my small apartment that I decided to keep in the storage....

I’ve been working on building a Shelving unit in my Extra Space Storage Shed and went to ask Dave about a few things. Dave was absolutely Amazing; he took the time to explain all of the intricacies of the Building as it relates to an incoming Hurricane & a Power Loss. Dave’s knowledge of the Storage unit was very Informative even as it related to the Insurance aspects of my Contents. I then showed Dave my Storage Unit and Dave went above & beyond as he offered me any Tools I might need to help me in my Shed. I sincerely appreciate Dave’s Time and help going forward and his hospitality as well....
