⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Day on the Water with Coastal Cruises!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Coastal Cruises and can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Cuda and Captain Aaron made us feel completely welcome and safe. Their professionalism and fun personalities set the tone for a relaxed, fun, and informative day.
Both captains were incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the local wildlife (which was amazing!) but also the history and evolution of the St. Pete area. We loved hearing their personal stories and learning about the ecosystem. It felt like a perfect blend of sightseeing, water fun, and local charm.
We were initially torn between Coastal Cruises and a smaller, one-boat operation—so glad we chose Coastal Cruises! The boat was spotless, clearly well cared for, and just the right size: spacious and comfortable without feeling crowded or touristy. They made us feel right at home and were both great with our 5 year old. They also were engaging the non-kid groups too, so really good for all ages.
The trip to Shell Key was absolutely stunning. We had multiple dolphin sightings and were thrilled when they came right up to the boat! The preserve itself is breathtaking—we found beautiful shells, took some great photos, and enjoyed a relaxing swim. The hour to explore was ideal, especially with kids. (Pro tip: bring towels and a shell bag for your treasures!)
The onboard drinks were a great bonus and made the ride even more enjoyable. Everything about this trip was smooth, easy, and memorable. The marina was super easy to find and the whole operation ran seamlessly.
Spending the day with Captain Aaron and Captain Cuda was truly the highlight of our trip to St. Pete. We’re already planning to book again next time we’re in town. My Aunt is a local booked a tour of her own after seeing all our incredible photos and videos! Coastal Cruises is a must-do for any group looking for a fun, scenic, and authentic Florida...

Yesterday, on March 8, 2024, I had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable journey with St. Pete Coastal Cruises. From start to finish, the professionalism of the crew, coupled with the sheer enjoyment of the excursion, made for an exceptional outing.
The highlight of the cruise was undoubtedly the sunset wedding of Jeff and Jim, surrounded by their friends and loved ones. The ambiance created by the setting sun, gentle sea breeze, and the picturesque backdrop of the ocean added an extra touch of magic to the occasion. It was heartwarming to witness such a beautiful celebration of love unfold against the stunning coastal backdrop.
The captains of St. Pete Coastal Cruises went above and beyond to ensure that all guests had a memorable experience. They were incredibly accommodating, taking us to the island for a unique perspective of the coastline before embarking on a journey to the Skyway Bridge. The sight of the bridge illuminated against the night sky was truly breathtaking, providing a captivating finale to the evening.
Throughout the cruise, it was evident that the crew's dedication to their profession extended beyond merely providing a service; they genuinely cared about creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced the overall enjoyment of the outing.
On behalf of myself and my Danielle, we extend our heartfelt thanks to St. Pete Coastal Cruises, Jeff & Jim for a truly memorable experience. The combination of professionalism, hospitality, and pure fun made for an evening we will cherish for...

Went on a sunset cruise. I didn't know how much the ticket was. My gf booked it as a date. It was an awesome experience. I'm not from around here. Had one such tour in Charleston but this one's way better. Total of 3 hrs on the water. Started at 7:15pm and came back around 10:25pm. I think about 45 people were on board including 2 crew. The onboard service was great. Friendly people. No food onboard. Decent alcohol options. Pretty reasonably priced. The first drink was on house which was good. Getting off the d boat onto an island to watch sunset was amazing. Great for couples. It was a 40mins stop on the island to walk around. The sand was great. Can carry alcohol onto the beach. Had fun time there. The sunshine skyway bridge was worth watching. They offered to take pics with bridge in the background. The pics turned out great. Slowed down at Couple more bridges for pics. Didn't get to see any dolphins. The weather was bit on the warmer side for my comfort...I know I'm in Florida. It has nothing to do with the cruise , so overall they still deserve 5 stars.
Your experience may vary based on how much you've traveled already. Feel free to contradict me and add any suggestions of better places to see.
