I can’t say enough good about Owen and his team! I had a couple pieces of my moms jewelry that didn’t suit me but had diamonds that could be used for something else. They worked with me to come up with a pendant, earrings, and an incredible three ring stack. It is all gorgeous and didn’t take long to come together. Their customer service is excellent and they are all just great people. The quality of the work is terrific, I am thrilled with my new pieces!

7/18/25 Owen and team have done it again!

My husband died a year and a half ago. I wanted to do something new with the stones from both our rings. Together Owen and I talked about my ideas and with his suggestions I now have a few more beautiful pieces! A very unique pendant, an anklet with the left over chains, and two incredible eternity type bands.

He has exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled!

Price for quality and one of a kind pieces is excellent. Time to complete is quick. Owen and Karen are wonderful people and so easy to work with.

I will never know the quality of his work but I did discover that he can be a pompous and rude man. I inquired about sizing a very expensive ring with a certified diamond and asked about security to ensure I get the same ring back as I had an unfortunate experience in the past when I lived elsewhere. Rather than explain his policies or reassure me he chose to go on a diatribe about how much he spends on advertising and how he should be automatically trusted and therefore if I don’t trust him, he does not trust me! He may be a good jeweler if you can deal with his narcissism, defensiveness...

I had occasion to stop in Owen Jewelry shop in South Pasadena today. I had a watch with a stainless steel band which was in sad shape (as far as no luster left on the band). Owen said he would take it in the back and see if he could restore it for me. Minutes later he returned and the band was nearly sparkling again. He also gave me some maintenance instructions to prevent this from happening again. All this at no charge! This courteous gesture was wonderful as I didn't need to purchase a new costly band.
