Poor experience and it's no wonder why this place is almost always empty! Especially when the kids batting cages was not working as it should. My kids waited, waited, waited and waited for pitches to the point where they got tired holding the bat up. The pitches were supposed to come out consecutively one after the other. So when I complained about it they said they would take care of it, which they did. However, when I asked for a refund, I was told no. When I asked why I was told that it was working now and I had gotten the right number of pitches. So what?!!! Anybody that hits in cages knows that you don't sit there waiting and waiting for pitches. You can’t get a rhythm that way. What's more my daughter, who is 8, clearly grew disinterested the longer she waited. I paid for my daughter twice and my son, who is 5, once so I was entitled to three tokens back which was what I requested. The manager initially refused to give me any tokens and when I made I stink about it he gave me one! I got so mad that I gave him the token back based on principle. Clearly this is not a family oriented place otherwise he would have refunded my tokens no questions asked, especially since I was with my two small kids. Furthermore, I had no reason to lie. It was simply a matter of principle. I don't appreciate paying for something and not getting what I paid for in return, even if it was a nominal amount. Besides this experience, I went there a few weeks ago with my entire family and yes like one of the other reviewers said it was expensive, especially the birthday party packages. Besides that, the video machines were either old, or you felt ripped off as was the case with the timed candy machine, the Japanese dance game and the cheap prizes awarded based on the tickets earned. Anyway in today’s economy and with so many other places to spend your money, you would think that management would try harder to keep what little...
Read moreI would rate this with no stars, but then my review will not be posted! I would like to know how often this happens (see photos). The glove was purchased at 11:44am on 3/27/21. At 1:30pm on 3/28/21 the glove had a gapping hole in it! I am super grateful that my son was not injured while using this glove. I returned the glove and the owner, Gary, offered to restring it for free. I told him that I would prefer a store credit to allow my son to pick out a different glove. My son wants nothing to do with that glove and will not walk out on the ball field with that glove feeling confident and safe. I questioned the integrity of the glove, as it is obvious that the glove has been compromised. Gary assured me that the glove was brand new and that it is something that just happens, he laughed at me when I told him that I do not believe that. I would like to know how often this happens to ball players. I left the facility with no glove...
Read moreI wish i could give this place less stars. It has gone down the tubes For how much you spend on tokens. You hope that the games even work.. half of them don't give you tickets back. I don't live local anymore, made the trip cause we remember having fun here 6 years ago and was let down so badly. I informed the front desk that we were just disappointed.. didn't ask for a refund or any compensation and was met with nothing but hostility. The kid from the start told me it was my responsibility to call the open establishment if their public ball pit was open. I asked him to calm down, to lower his voice and his arms. It was more shocking that two other male employees stood behind him as if a mother with 5 children was some kind of threat? It was by far the most expensive, disrespectful 20 min...
