PROs- food taste , price point CONs- service , not a good place to sit and eat .. inside looks not so clean . This place is a hidden gem s from outside you don’t even know that there is a Chinese restaurant here . Next to LA fitness .. so u will easily miss this spot . Better to call in and order before you go. Actually their food is really good . Price point is good . Not that expensive: they also have lunch specials on weekdays . Worth it . Service could be better . The girl in the counter gets a little annoyed if we ask her some questions , especially to check if there is egg in a vegetarian dish etc. they take about 10-15 mins to cook and it is really good. Ordered General Tsos tofu and it was super delicious . They had good amount of tofu and 2 of us could eat one meal . Veg soup was also really good . Not much of veggie options though. Will surely go back and try other things . Not much place to sit and eat .. they do have some tables but it isn’t too clean inside . I’d rather parcel it and have it at home . 4 stars for the food .. try it if you are in this area.

Probably the nastiest dumplings Ive ever had. Also they couldnt even tell me if there were eggs in them until i said “well i need to know because i’m vegan.” We were so wary to eat these because of how they were unsure in the ingredients! We tried then and SO MUCH flour on the outside and was sooo undercooked. There were barely veggies inside it was all just thick empty flour sacs. They were also so soggy from sitting in the container steaming. Disgusting- could barely eat any of it honestly. $11 for bad dumplings- i’m disappointed!!!!

I’m disgusted I gave her 15 dollars for triple hunan for them to literally give me 2 pieces of shrimp like are you serious like wow smfh ! The food is ok …. I specifically asked her if they would be putting baby corn 🌽 in my food she said yes not one piece was in there then I had to go back thank god I opened the food in the car because my extra hunan sauce was missing …. I’m new to Edison and the Chinese looks disgusting so I gave this place a try again I guess I have to keep looking ….

Well this has ended up as my go-to Chinese takeout 🥡 place. While they could do more to amp up the flavor of their fried rice, I’ve found most of their other offerings to be flavorful and delicious. This is a hard working & customer-centric business that always does the right thing. For example, in their wonton soup, a small always contains 5 large, tasty wontons and follow on, a large soup always has 10 of them! Very smart in my opinion. I love their Chow Fun, Chow Mein, Lo Mein & just about everything else on the menu. Portion sizes are always packed to the brim in the containers! Also, they happen to be very friendly and eager to please. I highly recommend Hunan Kitchen and hope they have a flourishing business for a long time to come. Thank You,...

I have lived in this area for more than 1 decade and I have not tried this place until today. It is actually more than decent, it's good. The location isn't most convenience but has plenty of parking spaces since it is part of a big plaza / complex.

It has your typically chinese food take out menu items. I tried a couple of the lunch items today and was pleasantly surprised to know there are still good chinese take out places like this out there and the price is still reasonable.

I hope they will continue to do their business the way they do as I plan to go back a few more times, probably less often than what I'm thinking of, but most definitely since the few ones near by aren't .. you know ...

Got my...
