I’ve been a customer for the past month at Rewind Bar and so far my experience has been very welcoming and encouraging. Patricia, RN has been so informative with her weightloss knowledge and had tips for me every time I come! She’s gentle with her care but also knows when to be honest about changes I need to make. Andrea is very prompt with appointment reminders and occurring specials. So far I’ve lost 9lbs and I am elated! As we increased the weightloss dose I started seeing more consistent results. With my consistency in the gym, increasing protein intake, and portion control I’ve been able to lose more body fat. I appreciate the ladies (Patricia, Sue, Jasmine, and Andrea) for all of their input on how to maintain and tailor my weightloss journey. On the flip side the side affects of semaglutide (mainly nausea, headaches, and periods of constipation) have been gnarly, but I try my best to stay hydrated and eat more fiber. Came here last week for laser hair removal and I cannot say enough amazing things about this spa! I’ve had laser done multiple times in the past but found myself switching spas (4 times before now) due to clear inexperience of the technician, discomfort, or outdated laser technology. After my visit I can confirm this was the most comfortable experience.

Brianna, the nurse treating me, was clearly well seasoned - she started off the procedure by assessing where I fell on the Fitzpatrick scale, asking me about any skin sensitivities, noted that I am prone to hyperpigmentation and adjusted the laser accordingly. She also made sure I was comfortable along the way, readjusting the laser based on the body part she was working on. The treatment was especially painless because of the laser technology that cools the skin continuously which I have never seen before!
