Pros: Teachers are fantastic ! Nothing negative to say about them. I love the education plan and the opportunity for indoor/outdoor playground. My son enjoyed his time here.

Cons: "It's just business, nothing personal" My son's teacher was gone for more than two weeks after the holidays. It wasn't until myself and some parents started to ask if she planned to return. The teachers were the only one's honest enough to say they didn't know. When I asked the staff(main office) I've gotten "Oh yeah, the teacher took off a few days, but they'll be back." "Yes, they'll be back soon." The professional thing that should've been done at least 3 days of a consistent pattern to notify the parents. I would say about the third week we finally received an email stating the teacher decided not to return. Now, the school is short in staff, although I believe they were already short. The main office should really try better in keeping their issues in an office where parents can't hear. I've addressed to the center before enrolling that I had family that were sick. I asked about transferring my son to the franchise that's located in another state. The personnel I spoke with said they doesn't know, but could find out and never got back to me about it.I asked this person twice for the same information. I tried calling the other franchise and somehow ended up calling my main office in my location. I'm on the phone thinking I'm speaking to the other location, it ended up being the same personnel that claims to help. Instead of helping me they ask me questions about my plans, when I'm moving, etc(just nosey). Thinking is this person serious right now, I assured them that I was simply looking for information(in which I was). Because clearly I wasn't getting what I need. This person goes "well, if you need any help just let me know." I'm military and for this specific occasion I really didn't know when to schedule my son's last day due to the sickness in my family. I had previously already signed forms early for the center so that they would have what they needed after our departure. Only to receive unnecessary back to back emails of a form I needed to resign because of the same personnel, yet again, who gave me the wrong form to sign, just days later. They had to wait on my time since my family comes first and that personnel should've been aware. I had asked if the center would allow my son a few extra days to attend since I had finally received a definite date of our departure. As a professional telling someone "IDK, I need to look at the numbers and mention that you have other families on a waitlist and to speak to the same personnel who has not been helpful for months" you've already made your decision by promising another family my son's spot even though (as I mentioned) you're under staffed, thus giving it's title from the beginning.

I do believe this center has the opportunity to be great, however with all the cons from my experience, it will take time. Also, later found out the teacher that left, found a better establishment and I'm truly...

Choosing a day care is a very difficult choice to make for you child. We moved from Brooklyn 2 1/2 years ago and my son Daniel was attending a day care that I absolutely loved, so my standards for a day care were very high. We looked at a few schools but when we took the tour at Little Treasures my standards were fulfilled and without hesitations we signed Daniel up. He started with only going part time but as he started to spend more time there he wanted to go full time. Daniel has had some great teachers that have helped him with his learning Miss. Janette at cool cats was great to always take time and talk to both me and my husband on a daily basis on Daniel progress and what he needed to work on. We always appreciated the feedbacks from her. Miss. Viviana was Daniel's favorite floater in Cool Cats and I love how she till this day always takes her time to talk to Daniel when she sees him. Daniel is now in pre-k in Alligator and we are so happy with the lead teacher Miss.Oneka and the staff Miss.Jackie, Miss.Teresa. They always greet us and Daniel with a great smile and makes us feel welcome. We know Daniel is learning and he is beyond challenged with his education. Daniel loves to bring in what he does at home to show Miss.Oneka "have to show my teacher what I did, she is going to love it".

My 2 year old has been with Little Treasures and every class has helped him grow so much. Now he is in Fish with Ms Alex and Ms Yensen as his Assistant teacher. He has learned so much in the short time he's been in this class and they both take such time in making his transition so easy from his other class. We wish he could stay with these two forever since my son is obsessed with Ms. Yensen. It makes me feel great to know that she adores my son as much as he adores her. We know the next class will be just as good in Little Treasures! We just had our 3rd son and we know that when we feel he is ready for Day Care he will be attending Little Treasures. Gives me a sense of peace knowing that he can start at young as 6 weeks and know that he will be in great hands and his big brothers will go and visit him all the time. Little treasures has offered us a great experience with our children. Not only is their stuff wonderful but the school itself is very clean, their playground is great for kids, my kids love it in the summer, having access to the cameras gives us a peace in mind that we can check on our kids. Choosing a daycare is one of the most critical decision for any parent and like every other concerned parents we wanted to make sure that our little one doesn't go through the separation anxiety and is given the same level of love and care away from us.We went around to almost every renowned daycare in our neighborhood but just didn't get the feel that we got once we saw the way the teachers were handling the kids in little treasures. The level of trust that we could put in the teachers that were gonna take care of our 18 month old couldn't have got stronger if it were not for Ms Esmeyra, Ms Yensyn and Ms Suzie. They made sure to give him his space to get comfortable and at the same time also tried to get him interested and involved in the activities there.They did their magic and my clingy little one was fine going to day care after his first week when I expected that it would take him minimum a month to get comfortable in the new surrounding.I couldn't thank them enough and then within a few months it was time again for him to move onto a new classroom with new people and my little one still not very stranger friendly felt the same anxiety as the very first day and well the day really went rough on him but Ms Christine was just a call away to resolve the issue we had and was kind enough to do everything to make our son comfortable again and then we met Ms Alex and Ms Marissa and we couldn't be more happier.They made sure that he felt the same comfort and love he did when he was with Ms Esmeyra and Ms Yensyn was there to ease him into the new surrounding. Ms. Alex has been so loving and caring that my son started loving to goto daycare again but after all her hard work we went on a month's vacation and coming back to daycare was again a trivial task for my son but Ms Alex again was my saviour and made sure arnav was comfortable and the best part was she called me to assure that my son was happy and playing.That call was such a relief, only a mom would know, she treats all the kids in her class with utmost love and care.I couldn't have asked for a better teacher then her, and again the time came for my son's transition and all the teachers in friendly fish made sure that it was smooth and comfortable for my kid and now he's a happy kid under the care of Ms Devina, Ms Nipa and Ms Trisha and loves going to this classroom and we are pretty sure that he's going to get the same level of love and care that all the teachers of little treasures...
