Pandora Jewelry — Local services in South Strabane Township

I drive almost 300 miles round trip to shop at this Pandora store & it is well worth the trip! I am always greeted by smiling faces. This is the 1st time that I have done a Google review & I am taking the time to do this after I read the one star review left by another individual I had to speak up. I looked at the reviews left by this person & it seems that she can't good service at 99% of all if the businesses that she goes to. It must be her because this store has the best customer service of any business that I have ever been to! The store is immaculate. The selection is outstanding. The Sales Lead, Eva, goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect from start to finish. The young sales clerk acted as though she did not want to wait on my daughter’s and I. After she took her time to finally acknowledge our presence she would not let my daughter get a close look at the charm. She acted as though we would steal it if we touched the charms. Furthermore she had no idea what charms the store actually sold. The other sales lady had to tell her where to look. Both of my daughters and I are educators and we are quite able to purchase any item in the store. I am so tired of the biased, racist insensitive people these retailers hire who lump a whole race together as if when one person does something the entire race is guilty. Learn to discern people...

I walked in the store and was not greeted by anyone in the store, nor asked if I needed any help, yet there were 2 store workers. One store representative was assisting a customer and the other was not. The other store representative looked at me and immediately looked away. Another customer walked in and that store worker immediately greeted them and asked if they needed help; no one in the store looked like me...if you catch the drift... So glad I didn't purchase anything in there with my hard earned money and I have no jnterest in going into any other Pandora jewelry stores after...
