Trash, went to this store to get help with fun cosmetics gifts for the wife. She didn’t like anything. I will say that was on me. Prior to purchasing the items, I asked if I could get store credit for anything my wife didn’t not like so she could return and pick out items she was interested in. I got the ok and proceeded with purchasing $200 of product. Went back to the store to get store credit for the items wifey did not like. Stuff like wrong shade etc, all we’re un-opened and unused. When your wrong, simply return back to the store with no issues!!!! Please use ulta/ Sephora, a little more on the pricey side but the brands...

As her associate was ringing me up, a white customer comes up to the counter and she’s all, “Are you all set?” Like what?!! Aren’t you supposed to go to lunch? Get some cultural etiquette training and more training on professionalism. Rude. Reading the other reviews from the Asian women, I’m thinking this store is...
