Arizona Motel — Attraction in South Tucson

When I went to find out information about renting at this hotel, I talked to the man who eventually came out to the front counter. He told me there were no reservations, although there were posted written signs visible from the waiting area above and behind the front desk counter stating 'no refunds' from reservations 'after 6 pm' if one has 'not checked in' before this time. This implies your money is taken due to attempting to check in after 6pm, and no room rental. Furthermore, there was also a visible posted written sign above and behind the front counter which read: No phone calls allowed after 6PM unless an emergency. First, 6th Ave in south Tucson is a main Avenue for vehicular traffick to and from Interstate 10. Which means there is a relative amount of noise coming from 6th Avenue. Therefore, this sign is not justified if the argument is noise related. Secondly, phone calls are cheaper later during the night. For which this sign is considered unreasonable and unjustified. Supposedly no reservations contradicting the written signs, no phone calls beyond this time frame, this business seems to be a front for felony activity. I was stalked by the gang which operated from in and around this hotel. This stalking included an assault by this gang in McDonald's that same day on me. One threw a punch at me and others prompted him and others to rob me etc. Some said they were felons. I was also stalked by the Tucson police while waiting at the bus stop. The cop accelerated at a high rate in my direction in a older model patrol car. Three other Tucson police on motor cycles passed on the opposite side seconds prior to this threatening...

I rented a room for $850 , from 9/14to10/14,for the first 5 days the toilet did not work,had to go to gas station, bathtub drains slowly, when it gets to about three inches from bottom the water starts to come out under toilet, after I moved out I came back a day or so later to rent another room,I was told to come back in about an hour and a room would be ready, when I came back,I was then told the room would not be ready till Friday as this was Monday,I had only enough money for the room,so I stayed in my car for four days, when returned Friday I was then told by manager Veronica that they would not rent to me no reason given,I think the better business borough should look into this motel,I stayed in room 132 electric wires sticking out of walls and ceiling,no cable tv,and let's not...

The beds were too high for me being disabled. I had to use a chair to get on and off the bed. And there was no nothing to hold onto in the shower or the bathroom for someone with disabilities. Batteries were missing out of the smoke detectors and the TV changer. I was put there from the desert Grove because they didn't have electricity during the storm but soon as there's electricity came back on I went back over to the to the desert Grove.
