This is basically a very unique glimpse into the history of public transportation in Tucson and to some extent AZ, the USA and world. Museum covers the beginnings (horsecars) up through the recent past. It is possible to clamber into the same bus or trolley (In my case, with Grandmother in Philly ca. 1961) that your parents or grandparents used. My mother, aunts, and MIL all used to talk about riding the trolley at all hours in absolute safety . The equipment is very hands-on, with clever and thoughtful restorations both complete and on-going. A REAL working museum....
