The Vacas: Big, ultra-thick quesatacos that need to be eaten with a fork and knife. These offensively decadent, meat sweat-inspiring dream boats are wrapped in one of those extra chewy tortillas, griddled crispy, and oozing cheesy beefy goodness out all sides. Hits just right with a little of the hot red salsa and some cilantro and onion.

My husband and I were passing through Tucson, and I was in the mood for tacos. I looked for a place that was right off the highway, and had good reviews. This place was perfect!

My husband got the quesadillas with beef and he loved them. I started with one Birria taco with cheese, and wound up ordering a second because it was so good! I love the sauce they serve with it, and that they offer all the fresh condiments on the side. Even though the taco really does stand alone and needs nothing on top of it to be perfect!
