Holiday Homes Family — Local services in Apache Junction

We have stayed in a couple of Holiday Homes rentals (my husband and I travel a lot for work and when we find a host on Airbnb that we like we tend to seek them out) and it is always a great experience. The owner is extremely responsive and has a wonderful team supporting. We did have a challenge with an electric lock that had died once and they handled it immediately and had a backup plan already in place. The homes are always well cleaned and accurately described and pictured. One of my family's biggest complaints with Airbnb in general is that properties can be misrepresented, and that's another reason we seek out the Holiday Homes listings, we have never run into a situation where anything wasn't exactly as promised. We recently stayed at a holiday homes cottage in sahuarita AZ. We haven't used Airbnb in the past so we weren't sure what to expect. Well we were more than pleasantly surprised. The listing described the location and accommodations perfectly. We arrived to find an extremely clean and quiet cottage located close enough to town but far enough where we had peace and quiet. Everything was brand new and updated. We had a technical issue with the stove and placed a call. We received an immediate response and we were given instructions on how to use the appliance. It was so new we had no idea how to work it! Next time we travel, we will definitely seek out a Holiday home to stay in. Thank you Holiday Home for a clean, safe place to stay while visiting...

We were very happy with the décor, cleanliness, and location of the Classy Tucson Condo. The condo and furnishings were in excellent condition and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The location was excellent since our condo was steps away from the bike path and a short drive to many restaurants and attractions and downtown Tucson. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub near the pool. Our only concern was the mattresses were too soft for us as we prefer firm beds. Laurie Wilson and Holiday Homes Family were incredibly responsive prior to and during our stay. There were never any maintenance issues or questions about how things worked since everything seemed relatively new and well explained in the background...
