I am writing this review because I came to this store location on Monday the 20th, and the service was extremely poor...
I came there to drop off an Amazon returns package.
I initially took it to UPS inside Staples. The ladies were to the right of me was ALL free and did not immediately ask if I needed help. And than the one lady took a phone call which I believe was a few minutes. After that phone call, she finally came over and ask what can she help with. I told her I needed to drop off this package. She asked if it was Amazon returns. I said yes. She told me I needed to take it to customer service
I took it to customer service and she was cleaning out the box that was below the cash register. She saw me but did not acknowledge at first until she was done than she took my package and scanned my QR code
Between both the Staples UPS and customer service saw me but did not acknowledge. They did not want to help me... I am sure my disability played a factor which would be discrimination...

When I initially went into the store. I asked a customer where the UPS was because I thought I needed to take it to UPS. The customer told me she doesn't work there but pointed me to the UPS. And than the same customer went over to customer service after seeing me standing there, the customer asked the person in customer service to help me because she as in the customer noticed I wasn't being helped in now two different locations
I am asking store management to please follow-up on this...
   Read moreI went there to return an Amazon package. There was a line at the register for purchase. The cashier was helping others which is fine, then she helped the Amazon customer in front of me. I hear her complaining to the customer how her co worker just up n left her. Then I wait 8 mins as she rings others out. Finally she turns to me i clearly had a return item, her focus went on the 2 items i had sitting there aa i waited, to point out this is Amazon returns only if you want to purchase you have to go to the other line!!! She knew i was returning something she was holding it. Then she went on to complain about her co worker also shes using her personal phone a shiny gold or silver phone case check the cameras. (Staples) she placed on the register texting then puts it down to help as there is a line a LONG LINE... She told me AMAZON CUSTOMERS AREN'T A PRIORITY PAID CUSTOMERS ARE N THATS WHY I HAD TO WAIT!!! UNACCEPTABLE.. I hope staples aren't authorizing employees to literally tell Amazon customers that because I'm sure Amazon has a paid contract with them to accept returns and any CUSTOMER entering staples should be respected and treated the same. I reported her to a worker hopefully he handled it according, but it still needs to be known about the words she said while working at staples as if they're told that in private and she decided to tell a customer this.    Read moreI would give this place 0 stars if i could. I went into this staples simply to print out my boarding ticket for my flight. The lady at the printing department said she could not help me. She made up excuse after excuse that the website was blocked on their computers, the printer doesnât work for tickets, etc. I havenât even told her the website yet. I asked her to just type it in for me so i can see for myself that it wasnât working, again she claimed that she already knew that it âwouldnât workâ before even trying to type it in. She was apparently either too busy or stubborn to show me that the website âwas not working.â I left unpleased and ended up coming back to ask for a manager only to find out that this miserable lady was the manager, she continued to refuse to help me. I then had to help myself and find the guest computer in which i was able to print out my ticket in less than a minute. As a manager i think she did not do a good job, was very rude and unhelpful, she could have offered the guest computer to me as an option from the very beginning. Also a manager should be doing everything they can to help the customer ( in this case all she had to do was point towards the computer and i would have been satisfied).
