I ordered two trees in February, the trees never showed up so I got a hold of the company at the very end of May and they sent the trees out quickly but they arrived in very poor condition. I manage a very nice property and the trees were nowhere near nice enough to put anywhere on the property. I wrote the company an email and they said that the trees were good and that they just needed some care and sent me a care guide. I have been doing this for many years and I have never received such a garbage product so late in the year to where I can't even get them looking nice in a timely manner. I wrote them a further email telling them as much and they never responded to me. This company doesn't care about the quality of their products nor customer satisfaction. Package mix that I haven't seen in probably 7 8 years I was so shocked and happy I bought three of them. Then went back to the meat counter to buy the meat to go with it and I was so excited and then went home and I don't have the packets so somehow it was in a bag that didn't give me . I even stood there a second and said is that everything and she's yeah. I was so upset. Well I have my receipt shows what I bought and I'm going back there whenever I'm in the area because I live like about 25 minutes from that store. And I'm going to get what they forgot to give me. The problem we had that made us decide to not go back was when we were overcharged and the owner had a disrespectful demeanor towards us when I mentioned the law states you have to compensate your customers when you overcharge them.
