We hired Joe Garsetti, the owner of the Sparta Avenue Stage, to perform strolling sleight of hand magic this week at my company’s 1920s themed corporate 20th anniversary event for 150 people and he was fantastic! I found him at the recommendation of a magician I had used in the past (shout out to Magic of Marco who is also great) who couldn’t make the date, and was grateful for his recommendation as I booked Joe in a heartbeat - he certainly impressed! My colleagues were raving all afternoon and the next day as they could not figure out how he did his tricks, especially his crumpled card trick, and they enjoyed the custom touch he brought to include money with our key speaker’s face on the bill for a trick in his grand finale, such fun! Joe was also very professional, punctual, interactive, and original, plus had reasonable rates. I highly recommend him for gatherings large or small, and would definitely hire him again! Sorry I can’t post videos here, but attached are some stills. Update: just attended a show with my hubby at the Sparta Avenue Theater as well to see Matt the Mind Noodler and it was fantastic! Great mix of magic and comedy, with a very interactive nature as it was an intimate venue. I got pulled up after trying to volunteer my hubby lol that’s me in the mini guillotine. It was a 1 hour show 9-10pm Fri. which was a good length as we’re elder millennials lol. It was nice they had complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks too plus BYOB. We’ll definitely be back! Added a few extra pics from the show.

We brought our beautiful show, BEING SOMEBODY, to the Sparta Ave Stage last weekend and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The theater is pristine, beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to put on a great show. The owners, Joe and Diane, allowed us to have a complete run-through and tech, with excellent sound, beautiful lighting, and all we needed to create a moving theatrical experience for everyone. They even put out complementary snacks at intermission. The audience was fabulous and we were grateful for the mutual support this theater offered in promoting our show. Thank you for everything, Sparta Avenue Stage!

This place is fantastic. It is located just down the street from a super quaint little Bavarian village like town near a lake so parking near the theater and then walking 10 minutes into town for a quick bite or a quick drink before the show is an ideal date. Had a chance to see a world class Magician today, and of course, he brought the audience to their feet with a huge standing ovation. Highly recommended.
