Subway — Restaurant in Sparta Township

My son went there today and got me a half tuna sub. The female put two tiny scoops of tuna in the sandwich. He asked if she would add a little more because it was so little for $5.50. She replied, "oh no, that would be extra money." She apparently was very rude and couldn't even smile! What a horrible place to go. So if you want a sub sandwich that used to be decent and appealing, please don't go here! To put mozzarella cheese on a cheese steak is $2.00 EXTRA!! What??? Their prices are ridiculous, their sandwiches are ridiculous and their customer service is ridiculous. We will NEVER go there again! Now I remember why I stopped going there at least 10 years ago. Everything is bread, no meats, just fillers. If you like tomatoes, lettuce and onions then by all means...order...

Came in today for 2 buffalo chicken subs. There was only one person behind the counter With a line of 11 people with people coming in and picking up their door dash order. The result was very very slow service. I felt so bad for the one employee on shift doing everything by himself. Corporate needs to step in and have more staff on a shift to accommodate busy lines. Lastly, as I’m telling the employee what I want in my sandwich, I ask for it to be toasted. He says “the toaster is broken sorry”. I not only waited 25 minutes to find out that the toaster to toast my subs were broken, but the fact I was told that after waiting in a long slow line. Will not be returning to this location and probably never again being a Subway customer unless something can be done to fix...

These people really like to skimp the portions. Counted how many pieces of chicken were on my sandwich just to take one piece off… one piece of chicken makes that much of a difference?… jeez. I re said exactly what I wanted because the man didn’t acknowledge me, which he then responded “yes, I heard you, I understand what you’re saying..” so rude. The tuna portion was also so small I almost laughed. At the end when I was paying the man promoted me to the tipping option. Yeah right.
