Prestige Pawn & Jewelry — Attraction in Spring Hill

I was in a terrible accident and was in the hospital for half a month. I contacted the wife last month and told her I was bad off. She said no problem, we won't sell it, we will just charge you the interest. I said I was coming in May to pay it off, she was real nice and said okay! The item was officially 2 months late.! I call today to get the balance, plus the two months back interest and the employee tells me I can just pay the interest on it over the phone and gives me an amount! I said, no, I am paying it off like i said i would. He confirms that he sees the wife's notes! I get there to find they destroyed the vintage piece! Why were they going to charge me interest over the phone if it was destroyed? The owner lies to my face and says they called me 10 times! Right there I knew he was shady! He never called this house ! No messages! So then the crook decides he will repair it for another huge fee! I have a receipt i provided to the authorities proving his bogus fee! Thats THE biggest damn SCAM ever! It's called FRAUD! Probably bait and switch on the diamonds too. He lies and told everyone he was going to fix it for free. How does that explain the extra 100. Fee? I got so distraught that he lied to me and destroyed a very sentiment piece( I told him I would never give up when I brought it in) that I changed my mind, made him refund my credit card and I ended up in the hospital that same day! I plan to contact the news channel over this guy! He knew exactly what he was doing! ! IF I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT WITH HIM, I COULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD HIS SIDE, BUT, I CONTACTED THEM! BUYER BEWARE! Dont believe any lies he tries to post after mine! I caught him lying more once already, he will do it again! UPDATE: A report was filed with the BBB for his shady business dealings!
