Swig — Attraction in Spring Hill

Our first visit to Swig was very disappointing. The line was long but handled efficiently. We placed our order for 4 drinks. The order was taken correctly, the drinks were labeled correctly, but all 4 of them, we discovered, were made incorrectly. Zero for four. Not a great first experience.

Today, (May 15, 2025) we tried Swig again. As before, the drive through line was long. Our order was taken correctly but when we got to the window there was confusion. The lady on the window, who I assume was the manager, said that it was "a little chaotic". I told her that on our previous visit they had got all 4 drinks wrong. She apologized and then checked each drink, and corrected two that were made incorrectly. She could not have been nicer, and also gave us cookies as a thank you for giving them a second chance. If Swig can get the kinks worked out and deliver accuracy and consistency they'll be an excellent addition to Spring Hill. Time will tell if they can build a solid reputation. RECOMMENDATION - Best Drinks In Town! Our second time in 3 days. (6pm - Friday night) This place is busy, plan ahead. Showing up at dinner time, we were worried there'd be a long line. We buzzed through the line in about 5-8 minutes.

VALUE - $18.75 - 4/5 The Founder - 5/5 - Their version of a dirty diet coke Mojito Mama x2 - 5/5 - If you dig mojito's, these are great. Custom Dr Pepper - 5/5

PORTION SIZE- 5/5 If you want more, ask for LIGHT ICE.

SERVICE- 5/5 I wasn't sure what to order, the young woman taking our order did a great job explaining all the options. They had cards you could look at to see all the pre-made and tested options.

ATMOSPHERE - 4/5 It's a drive through. All high tech. There were employees taking orders outside, double lines. They were pumping us through the line quickly. Employees taking orders and handing out the drinks were happy...

Want to give this place 5 stars, drinks tasted great and prices are fair but when you order a shark attack, it's supposed to come with a shark, sadly i didn't get one. Kind of misses the point of the drink if it's missing important ingredients. This also reflects badly on staff for either not caring to make the drink properly or not caring enough to communicate that they were out of sharks/if I would like the shark. Anyways kind of...
