I take my ten year old often. Young kids work here and they are all pretty chill. My son loves hooping on the trampoline and dunking (or trying). Only suggestion would be to watch the dodge ball pit if you have a younger/smaller sized child. Mine tends to get picked on but that’s not the facilities fault. The staff could intervene but that’s probably hard to manage kids lol. We love the concession stand. A lot of the equipment in the arcade section doesn’t work. I counted 11 “temporarily out of service arcade machines” last visit 5/10/25 The air hockey works and that’s fun. There is usually a Groupon floating around for an hour jump pass pretty affordable.

So it was super slow when we went but honestly I kinda prefer it that way. The people were very sweet and made sure that everything was taken care of per our get out pass. But the one thing that really stood out the most was the smell. The smell of clean Iean one side to the next. Even with an exterminator that just left(only know cause I noticed the equipment) clean clean clean. (Kinda funky area of town. But honestly I really enjoyed it. Even more than the Pasadena one. :) ...and that one was fine too. But really was surprised if I wanted to judge on just the area. Very pleased over all. :)

I was amazed at the discounted price we got our tickets for! Then when my family showed up I understood why... I payed for 2 hrs of jump time and 3 cards for 3 people, and I showed up at 7:40; the place was said to close at 10 pm. The manager told me our jump time would end at 9 to 9:15 pm. The cashier looked confused and began to say no, and I even said that's not a full two hrs. She said because they close at 10 and the last jump time was for 9:35. I told her I would call corporate because I knew the tickets were nonrefundable, and we should get it for 9:35 then, she rolled her eyes and gave us the requested 9:35 time. Afterwards I went to the snack bar which was closed with a closed sign at my arrival, and asked if I could still purchase any drinks. One of the ladies said the bar should still be open, and offered cold hotdogs on a turned off machine, or pizza that would take 30 minutes to cook. I asked for drinks but then the manager walked over and said they would only open the bar if I would choose my items pay for them at the front, then walk back to the bar to retrieve those items (all while on my shortened time....) I did this and then asked for cups for our drinks, she gave me 2 small shot glass paper cups and said that was all she had. One of the male attendants saw this and apologized and gave me regular sized cups. This fiasco lasted about 30 min before we could begin to jump. There were about 6 people on staff, all sitting around watching us, as though desperatly waiting for us to leave. I assumed since the place closed at 10, and our time was cut short to let the kids play a little during and after jump time. My son played two games and came back to say there was something wrong with the machines. I waited until we were done at 9:35 to address the problem. The machines were turned off! The manager said they automatically turn off at 9:30 I asked again, why say your open until 10pm if you close the bar at 7:40 and the machines at 9:30? She shrugged and walked off. My sons were at the ticket booth speaking to the gentlemen who helped me before. I asked him the same question, and he said the machines were shut off by a person and he could turn them back on if I liked? By then I had enough and thanked him for all his help, but expressed how upsetting the night was for those who get off late and want to have a stress free fun family night.... You should not advertise a company is open until 10 pm but have the managers and staff harass customers as though there is an urgency for us to leave. There are other places more inviting late...

The kids & I first time here and I can say for the price. It’s not worth It.

We paid $25 per head.

Majority of all the games were not working. They were even having issues with the game card machine. As well as the ticket machine to collect your prizes. Employee was having issues recovering points from our card.

Food available is mid. No one is stationed at the food counter but the flies. I seen an open bag of nacho chips just laying there getting stale. It took us 25 mins before someone was able to come over to help us check out for a drink. Bottle of 50 cent water is $2. Same price as a gatorade. Knowing how they are not keeping the kitchen clean, or washing hands before fixing anything. I wouldnt recommend anyone to eat there.

I think the managers aren't really training and teaching the younger employees anything. A bunch of kids watching over kids. The kids were friendly though and apologetic. I blame management for overall upkeep of the place.

Women restroom was filthy. Broken toilets, tissue and toiletries unflushed + on the ground.

And in general. The jumping areas were kind of dusty. Guest sitting area tables were not clean as well as bunch of others pushed together and closed off with a chain in the back.

The walking bubble water activity attraction was closed and dusty.

I found this place on Tik Tok and I can say. Dont believe what you see on the internet.

I would say this place should be no more than $5-$7 per person.

Would not be returning until remodeled...

I have serious safety concerns here. We paid for my son to do the climbing wall and the staff member got him in the harness and up he went. Thankfully, I was watching, as the harness slipped down his legs and he started grasping for it, all the while the staff member was not paying attention. I had to get her attention and told my son to carefully come back down, as there was no safety rigging in place for him. She then tried several more harnesses before declaring that the belay rigging was broken. I don't know if it was actually broken or if she hadn't been properly trained in its use, but thankfully, my son was not injured. Instead of a refund, he was given an arcade card to play games; I would have preferred a refund.

Also, the way everything is set up makes it impossible to see all the areas from a central location. The toddler area and climbing wall are hidden behind the tall center trampolines to the left. The basketball area and other areas to the right are also hidden behind the large trampolines and walls. There were no staff members watching the kids in any of the areas, and as a parent I was constantly having to go from one side to the other to find/see my child. If I would have had multiple children, there is no way I could have kept up with them and there were no staff members watching to ensure safety.

The positive: they had lockers available and a reasonably priced...
