I couldn't believe Pho Tina has become my lunchroom during the days I work. I'm here almost every week to fulfill my Vietnamese food crave. Service is superb. They never miss a beat.
After my previous review, the owner Jackie showed me how to drink their boba milk teas. I had to shake vigorously to mix cream and tea. It's okay. My desire is more on the food then the drinks.
Recently I had a fantastic catering experience at Pho Tina Noodle House. They met my schedule and quality above my expectations. My event went successful and my guests were extremely satisfied. They even wanted to meet Tina. (Compared to their competitors, Pho Hoa catering gave me a below-average experience.)
In case you don't know, we foodies 9n social media talk to each other about our experiences very often. My friend David N and I both agree food has improved since its opening. This was another reason I am a regular to Pho Tina because the owner listened to feedbacks and suggestions from its customers.
People often asked what's my favorite. Everything on the menu is my favorite, but I can't eat everything. So I order depending on my mood and weather: If it's cold outside, I get filet mignon pho - tender beef with delicious broth and a hot chanh muoi (salty lemonade). If it's hot, I want my goi coun (summer roll) with iced cold chanh muoi (salty lemonade) or grilled chicken banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) with taro smoothie. If I'm lazy, I'll ask waitress what's good. Food is always on point with...
Read moreNice little shop. It took me a moment to learn what the "OSOP" I was seeing meant. They only sell pho in "One Size; One Price". That size bowl was what I would've ordered for myself anyways so I didn't mind it on this visit. I'm not sure if that only applies to adult bowls - and they actually have a kid-sized option - or if it really is just one size for all. That may affect whether I eventually bring my kids here or not. My herb plate was slightly skimpy; I definitely would've preferred more than one sprig each of basil and cilantro. The pho was good. My bowl didn't really need any additional hoisin. I did feel like maybe there was a bit too much MSG in the broth, but it could've been that my taste was off that day. One thing that I thought was odd though was that every piece of meat in my bowl was cut in the wrong direction. That made a very chewy experience. Maybe they had an off day as well. I deducted one star for the sparse herb plate and the meat cuts... Otherwise, a solid choice for pho in this area. Spring rolls were good too. I plan on...
Read moreMan what?! Where are all these negative reviews coming from?! I am a regular customer here and before i became a regular i have had the chance to try many other places and Pho Tina is my #1! My husband and i are suckers for pho lol, we just love it. We can both agree that this is the best tasting pho. Some other places make their pho too sweet which im not a fan of. My son does not like pho so we usually get him something else, but one day we came to eat in and he was like “let me taste your noodles mom🙄” i looked at him confused since he doesn’t like pho, long story short he took my bowl and slurped away! 😂 haha and said “next time can i get pho?” Needless to say we will keep coming back...
