Subway — Restaurant in Houston

There is a young man that works here and he is not very good at this making subs thing. Just today he dropped something on the floor mid sandwich and picked it up and didnt change his glove before continuing to work. All subs made before mine where broken and half way falling apart, not to mention last time i came i asked for something to not be on my sub and its the first thing he adds. Doesnt remove all of said item i did not want and continues to leave a bit of it on my subway sandwich. What if i was allergic!? I wasnt but some people wont and dont know how to speak up so they just take and throw away half of their nasty subway. Today I walked into order one 6 inch sandwich. There were two ladies in the front that were clearly busy. There was no one else in line and there were two or three girls in the back. One of the girls came out, eating a chip chewing with her mouth wide-open walked right past me and got on her phone and started showing the girl that was already working something on her phone. I asked the lady that finally came out to make my sandwich if she could put mayonnaise on my bread and she rolled her eyes and then moved all of my food over to one side and squirted the mayo all over the place.very poor customer service I’m my opinion, do better...

Lit up "open" sign, as well as a sign that says it is open until 10:00 PM, yet door locked and no sign of an employee anywhere. This is consistent so I am assuming they close much earlier than that so I do not understand why this is not fixed? It is extremely annoying to come here knowing it is closed for no reason.
