Kolache Factory — Restaurant in Houston

Kolache Factory is my favorite place to get breakfast for coworkers but this location doesn't seem to be up to par with some of the others. I placed a to go order, I went in to pick it up and told the lady I made a call ahead order. See seemed confused so I told her my order which she put into the computer and boxed them up. This seemed odd as they generally have it all boxed up in advance, I thought they just forgot to box mine up as I only ordered 30 min in advance. As soon as I left I got a call from them and I told them I already picked it up. I got 3 more consecutive calls from them and I tried to explain that I already picked up my order, they did not seem to understand this. I was finaly rudely asked "Are you going to pick up your order or not?" and I simply said "No" as they apparently did not understand what I have told them 3 times. They proceeded to try and get my name and I simply hung up.

i'm a regular customer to this KF.food has always been good, my big compl iaint is i seem to get double charged for my purchases when the part time lady is there mondays and tuesdays.she doesnt speak good english. i looked at my checking account and i was double charged yesterday. do other patrons experience this same experience? this happened a few months back and i stopped going there thinking this lady would leave . apparently not. its happening again.i'll be going there tomorrow and show the regular staff my bank print out.i suggest anyone that goes there on a regular basis,check your bank statement...

These lady's have horrible customer service they act like they do not understand English looking at me crazy! They do not greet the customers. I asked 1 of them why they locked the door at 1:55 she told me because they been at work since 3 a.m they ready to go home.When Half price starts at 1:30 p.m they still charging full price & when i mention it to them they have an attitude about company policies! The staff needs to be retrained & redirected customer service is 1st i do not think these lady's care if people come back are not...
