ARAM PC NEOBOX Computers — Attraction in Spring

Would not come back. Took my PC tower to get cleaned originally said the price for cleaning was $89.99. I thought it was fair for a full cleaning and dusting. I also asked for recommendations on part upgrades as well. They took around 4 days because they had said they were backed up on repairs. I had called on them to come pick up my pc and the maintenance guy said "oh yeah your pc wasn't too dirty so ill cut down the price for you since it wouldnt be right charging you full" and I thought sweet saving some money right? NO. I get to the store the guy tells me its going to be $97 and some change. I had asked them "the original price was $89.99 and the guy said he'd give me a discount" and they responded with "oh this is the discount"... right there I knew they were scamming me. I took a look at my pc still dirty glass and some dust on the inside. My boyfriend kindly asked if they had a military discount and they gave up reluctantly 5%... I payed and left the store, no part recommendations at all and a dirty PC with wires that were not even reconnected aswell. I upgraded my PC without recommendations and while changing parts I noticed my fans covered in dust and wires that put black scum on my hands. Again I wouldnt recommend coming to this location for a clean. It was a waste of my money and I wish I could...

The Story:

I spoke with a couple of computer repair companies before deciding where I was going to go. I mean, technology isn't exactly cheap and I just built my own system which unfortunately had problems. I treasured my "baby" and didn't just want any company touching it. Some companies didn't answer the phone or they were going to charge me TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO LOOK AT IT. I'm like, "200 dollars AND I might have to buy additional parts!?"
