I am not one to write reviews, but I’m taking the time out of my day to write this one because I feel very very uncomfortable.
I’ve already purchased a $400 pair of boots, my husband couldn’t decide on the two pairs he liked so, I decided to put one on layaway. Keep in mind nobody told me I couldn’t return if I did had them on layaway. They were on hold for two days and I purchased them. My husband then decided a day later, he didn’t want the $450 boots. I went it and decided to return them. As a older lady with brown hair told me I couldn’t return them this and that. Nobody told me this before hand. I begged her and told her these boots are brand new. She was being extremely rude. She finally was able to give me the return, I showed my gratitude by thanking her and telling her you know next time you guys should be more verbal about this policy. Instead of saying you’re welcome absolutely no problem. She goes “ I’m probably going to loose my job thanks to you”. I’ve never felt more unease. She just looked at me with a very mean look. It’s just absolutely ridiculous to be hearing that when I just spent $450. 2 days ago on another pair of boots. I’m in the customer service business and I would never ever say that say that to a customer. The day I purchased the other boots, my fiancé and I felt like we were being followed around the whole store while we were there.
Overall the experience here was not great and I definitely think you should get some sweeter and more understanding employees.

Read moreThey have a decent selection of boots and its a good place to check out if you're in the neighborhood. Steel toe selection is pretty good if you need work boots. Prices are the same as everywhere else. My beef is they put boots that have obviously been broke in and returned, or just plain out worked in back on the shelves at full price. Another massive one for me that keeps me from going back is the store associates will relentlessly continue to ask you if you are in need of some assistance after you have plainly said NO multiple times. If you asked me a minute and a half ago if I needed help and I said no, I'm just browsing, I don't need someone to come around and ask me seven more times in the next half hour. I understand they are trained to believe this is good customer service, but it just makes me and the people I bring their to spend good money walk out without spending any because we feel like we are being harassed. I dont leave a lot of reviews but this is the second time I have walked in there and left abrubtly because I hate having to continuously tell associates...

We went back today as he was looking for an unframed print to go with the others he purchased from this store in the past. The prints are in a beat up cardboard box. As my son was looking through them, an older gentleman came up to him reprimanding him telling him those were very expensive prints and they wrinkle easily. He wasnt being rough with the pictures by any means. So we decided we didn’t need to see anymore as it was obvious he didn’t want to sell any of them. Then I watched this gentleman stalk a child who was chewing gum. He went up to this child’s parents telling them “don’t you think he should get rid of his gum?” Seriously the kid wasn’t doing anything with his gum to warrant this guy to question the parents.
