Final Boss Games — Attraction in Springdale

Hours on door show the "hour of operation" but I went there on my lunch break and they're closed. I just wasted my lunch break for nothing. Fix your hours and do better please. My main problem here is that they day they take cards at 60% market value. I took in a few cards and wanted to give me less than 60%. $2 cards should not be paid out at .20 cents. $10 card they were trying to give me a dollar for it. I'm not sure if they know how math works. Not only that but the guy who sold me a card, made me purchase the card before buying it. Brought it out and it had defect on it. Told him to bring out the other one and both weren't mint but they tried to day it was mint. I'll honestly never go back here. I rather pay scalpers. *edit to owner, not everyone follows you on social media. Some of just found out about the store that same day. You can update your hours (for the day on google) even if its last minute. Then you have the decency to harass me on my YouTube channel 😆😆 Trevor, the owner, called me childish for leaving him a bad review but I asked him if he wanted to meet to discuss my problem with the store and he deleted his comments from my video and even blocked me. Don't ever call someone "childish" if you can't even be a real man and discuss something...

Glad I was able to catch this place on its grand opening! A lively atmosphere and a welcoming staff made for a great experience. There was lots of room to appreciate the products available and tidy shelves with eye-catching displays that made me say to myself, "I've been in stores like this, but never a store like THIS!" I'm glad to say, as someone with casual (at-best) experience in tabletop/card gaming, I felt invited in by eager staff members who informed me of upcoming tournaments, patient teachers who will provide opportunities for group learning sessions and information on games and card series that I was unfamiliar with. It really is a pleasure to see a place of this ilk in Springdale and I'm quite excited for my next visit, which will be soon so I can...

Absolutely love this place — a breath of fresh air!

I stopped into Final Boss Games recently and was seriously impressed. The store was very clean, smelled fresh, and had an overall great vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff was polite, professional, and welcoming, and I really appreciated how clean and sharp their uniforms looked — you can tell they take pride in the store.

I picked up two Prismatic packs for $4.99 each, and I love that they limit it to two per person per day. It keeps things fair, especially for collectors like me and my daughter who enjoy opening packs together without worrying about people clearing the shelves.

Great pricing, great service, and an awesome environment. Final Boss Games is definitely our new go-to shop....
