Color Me Crazee — Attraction in Springfield

WORST experience I've ever had!! Jessica made appointment to do my hair on Monday @ 9...She foiled my hair and let product sit on my hair 2 1/2 hours meanwhile having her friend add more color to roots she already had foiled and let sit then proceeded to have her friend get water and towel and wipe them down which caused my hair to turn blue. She never once added pink until she called boss and then added a tiny test strip, Rhonda did come in and try to fix best she could but my hair is still left blue. Jessica, I assume was upset cause she wasn't get paid for messed up hair so I never received haircut and had her friend help blow dry my hair so they could get me out of there minding you her friend also works there as well. I ended up having to go to emergency room for burns on my head from product being left on my head for several hours. I've cried for days and mortified over this experience ..both those girls should not have a job!!! I was there from 9 am till 1:30 and walked out crying and not getting anything done...

I had very brassy hair and needed a correction done. I spoke to her earlier through messenger by sending some pictures of my hair and she quoted me- making sure to say that it could still be different if we have to do more. But she still kept the quote price for me even though she did more than she originally thought was needed. I really appreciated that. Ronda was very kind and friendly and was able to correct my hair color into this beautiful blonde within just an hour keeping the integrity of my hair. I would go again and recommend her...

Ronda was very sweet and personable! I was not able to get in to see my regular stylist. I was in pretty desperate need. I've been seeing posts about Color me Crazee on Nextdoor. She is offering half off services and was so happy I took a chance. Her space is quiet and clean. She is very professional and listened to what I wanted and made it a reality.
