It makes me so sad to post this, but I have never encountered such horrible customer service, especially over so many months. My husband custom designed my engagement and wedding bands with them, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. However, after spending ALOT of money with them, everything has been horrible.
We have been trying to get an appraisal of my engagement ring since November of 2022 and of my wedding bands since January of 2024. Mind you, they made this ring entirely from scratch. They have now had it FIVE times in 2024 to take pictures to appraise it because they evidently need new photos and keep losing them? They always say “one more day,” it has been more than a year and a half. I have been in this jewelry store more than most other places in 2024 it feels like at this point.
They also sized it once and wrote down the wrong size, no problem. The first time they had it for sizing, they called my husband and asked why they had it. Now on round two of sizing, they have had it again for two weeks here in June 2024 - I just arrived to pick it up from the second sizing and finally get the appraisal (they GUARANTEED it would be done prior to my pick up today). She asked WELL WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE, and had to go find it. Terrifying. She also then stated that she had mailed the appraisal so I would get it. I told her I am meeting with my State Farm agent today, and need a printed copy. She proceeded to take new photos and has been on and off the phone for about twenty minutes (clearly the appraisal was not done and had not been mailed).
I try so hard to be kind, as we are all human and make mistakes - but they have continued to lie and not be able to appraise something they made for over a year and a half. It is truly mind blowing. Please take heed of all of the recent one star reviews and do not ever do business here. I truly feel lucky that they haven’t lost my ring at this point. I also see why they do not allow...

It took a couple months to get the ring back to find that a diamond was missing....they had to take the ring back and install a replacement diamond that was not as good a quality that they lost. Also the ring was sized wrong and had to be resized properly. But we wrote this off as it was close to the holiday season and they was quit busy. On another note we called and called and called and was always told I will call you right back but never called back as they said they would. Half the time this happened it was Cathy the owner so her employees just follow suit. But because we gave them the Benefit of doubt we tried them a second time. This time for a watch that is very important to us for sentimental reason and it’s a expensive cocktail watch. As of today 3 months later they still have this watch. We wanted the watch dipped and a new battery installed. When we asked about the watch after they had had it for a few weeks we was told they broke the acrylic watch cover and was trying to find a replacement. As of today 3-14-2019 they still have the watch it’s still not fixed and I’m not even sure they dipped the watch or not. I called Cathy today and same ole story I will go check and call you back. She will not call back as this is the norm! I told her I am going to the better business bural and I intend to do just that. Read more**Update: It's officially been a year...still no diamond. We have dealt with Kathy, Shane and Doug who all assured us they would not let this slip through the cracks and would personally ensure its taken care of. Even after leaving my initial review-IN SEPTEMBER, Kathy called my husband and apologized and promised to have something within a week. It's been a year of me wanting to upgrade a diamond that I bought with them and we are in the exact same spot we were last year. One option was showed to us that was SMALLER than the diamond I have...not an upgrade. Then there was a phone call letting us know they had an option for 25k. 12 months....two diamond "options". So upset. We will not be buying any more from Denny's (which we have since our wedding). Ruined our 10 year anniversary surprise. Trust me- go anywhere else but here. Customer service and stress is no where near worth it. I assure you, you will find better customer service and follow up anywhere else. You'll probably have a better experience at a pawn shop. We didn’t have the best experience 10 years ago when we bought our rings from here and definitely not currently either. 10 years ago diamonds were falling out of my ring left and right. For our 10 year anniversary my husband has been trying to upgrade my diamond. We’ve been contacting them off and on since March and still no diamond. You would think they would want to make money but apparently not? Literally call after call after call. They promise they will call back or they will get options in to see but nothing.
