Not sure if the short stocky girl running register was in a management position but she was rude and slow over 20 people in line and she walk out from behind the register to yell out if you want waited on faster take your clothes off the hanger. Really if you would conduct yourself in a more professional manor and move quicker then a snails pace customers wouldn't need to do your job for you and then called the next customer and proceeded to complain to an associate coming in that she had been there since 3:30 And walked away leaving customer standing there to use the restroom most unprofessional employees I've seen anywhere to date and I've seen some bad ones I know it's hard to find people to work at the moment but complaining in front of customers that you've been busy making sales and paying your paycheck is truly...

Decided to run in there just because I had been to a store located in the same shopping center. While in line to get my items- with 6 other customers waiting- there where 4 cashiers; 1 ringing people out, 1 standing at the counter looking at papers laughing at the others, 1 loudly announcing she is going on lunch when being asked to help by a customer, and 1 who blatantly says "I could ring people out but I really don't want to." (This one decided to continually walk back and forth between the registers and clothing laughing). It was the worst customer service I have ever seen. It's not like their selection is that great anyway, they should be trying to hold on to any customer they can get through their door not causing them to leave their items and go else...

If you wear a size 1 through 6 in womans clothing because there's not many larger sizes available, enjoy looking through total chaos of different sizes all thrown together, prefer to buy all the clothes you want to try on and take them home to try on since, apparently, they don't open their dressing room until much later in the day (they opened at 8am, by 11am the dressing room still wasn't opened) and enjoy a depressing atmosphere, then this is the place for you. I however will never be back to Ross. I left here and headed to JCPenny, they still believe in customer service at JCPenny.
