We absolutely love this place. I love going any chance that I get.
They typically have the fountains running each hour on the hour until 8p, at least during the warmer months of the year. They are on (and turn off and on again) for 30 minutes each hour, and then shut off until the next hour begins.
The waterfall creek that runs down into a pool of water surrounding part of the fountains splash pad, is also fun to sit, play, wade, and/or walk in.
This is nested within Jordan Valley Park, and right next to Jordan Valley Ice Center. The park itself has some nice features, including downtown with a big city feel/appeal, covered picnic seating, a paved walking path, public bathrooms, large grassy area surrounding the water, a playground area for kids, and an interactive moving metal art structure.

Please consider this in planning future events...especially if the weather is...

You have to walk a ways from the car to find the fountains and there are no marked sidewalks to get you from parking lot to the park. There were also homeless people sleeping on all benches and they came by to dunk their dog in the water, wet down clothes, and wash themselves. There were a lot of missing bricks and wonky brick patterns that small kids could get hurt walking on. It was sad to see such a cool feature going to...
