Land of Lincoln Legal Aid — Attraction in Springfield

Absolute garbage organization. I was having an issue with Springfield Housing and was referred to this place from the HUD website, only for their secretary or paralegal or whoever she was (she didn't give her name) to repeatedly talk over me, cut me off, and then leave me on hold for 20 minutes. Afterwards, she told me that Land of Lincoln legal aid can't assist because they've previously or currently represented Springfield Housing AGAINST tenants. They then tried to refer me to a private attorney that seemed to be of some relation to a Land of Lincoln attorney. What a crummy, unhelpful...
