Out of State Buyers BEWARE! I purchased a used Acadia Denali from Springfield Acura back in October. I live in the Kansas City MO area, so I had the vehicle shipped to me. The salesmen was very nice and helpful when I spoke with him over the phone. He drove it and looked over for me and told me everything was good to go with the vehicle with no issues. When the vehicle arrived, I noticed that there was damage on the drivers side door. There was a 6 inch dent and the trim was coming off like it had been sideswiped. I contacted my salesmen to inquire about the damage. We concluded that it must have happened during transport. I contacted the transport company to issue a complaint. They sent me pictures of the Acadia before it was loaded on the truck. It showed the dent was already there before hand. I then contacted the salesmen to let him know the damage was there before the Acadia was shipped. I also pointed out that there was no mention of the damage in the listing on their website, nor did he inform me about it before hand. He told me he would talk to the General Manager and get back with me. When he contacted me back he told me the General Manager of the dealership said there was nothing he would do about the damage. I asked to speak with the GM myself. The salesman gave me his name and I proceeded to call him over the next few weeks. I called several times and left many messages. I finally was able to catch him on the phone after a month of trying. He said that my issue was the first he had heard of it and asked me to send him the information along with a quote for the damage. I obtained a quote to fix the damage from a certified GM dealership from Kansas City. I sent the General Manager all the information, and waited for him to get back to me. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! In 2 months of calling and leaving messages, he would not speak with me. My salesman finally called me and told me they would not help at all with the damage. I have been calling and dealing with this issue for 3 month only to be left with a repair bill on a vehicle they sold me that was damaged. To top it off they sent me a gift certificate for a family portrait worth $2500 dollars. The only problem is the closest studio is in Pennsylvania! This dealership does not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and their customer service is very poor. Don't end up like me and regret buying from them.*****RESPONSE***** Thank you for replying to my post. To set the record straight, this dent is more then just 2 inches as you can see. Also, the salesmen was nice and professional. He would take and return my calls. It was your General Manager that never once returned my call to discuss this matter further. That is why I said poor customer service. Please have Bill call me. I would very much like to discuss this with him. I have over 20 phone calls made to your dealership that I can prove on my call history to show he never returned my call. As for the of $200, that is not true. No formal offer was made to me for any amount. Again I only talked with Bill about this one time and he never call me back. I understand that a vehicle that is 5 years old will have a few very minor cosmetic issues, but this is not cosmetic. It is damage that was not disclosed to me before I bought the vehicle. You have my number if you would like to discuss further.

This review is for the service department. Against my better judgment, I chose to let the dealership handle my first service on my 2024 Integra type S before taking the vehicle for service. I had the vehicle detailed inside and out the day before and picked it up the morning of then drove to the dealership for the service. upon arrival after handing my keys over to the valet I heard him revving the engine excessively and when I mentioned it to the service writer Tara, she thought it was one of the employees with their car. When I told her no it was my car. Her response was oh my. Moving on from there then my vehicle went into the shop, the service was completed, but there were a bunch of oil drips all over the engine Cover that was cleaned during my detail job. I had explained to my service advisor about an issue issue with my passenger side window when going up on the auto function it would hit the top of the seal in the door and come back down 3/4 of the way. she told me that it had been addressed, and they took care of the problem after going home I noticed a grease smudge on my front bumper. I then decided to go back and look through my dash cam footage after witnessing the footage I Will not be taking my vehicle back to Springfield Acura. The technician and his apprentice who worked on my vehicle did not address the window concern instead of Coming to me and informed me that they couldn’t duplicate it, which I have a video of proof the technician and his apprentice just laughed it off and the apprentice told the mechanic to let Tara know something because the concern was on the work order and that they are a team and need to look out for each other. moving forward from there my vehicle was “Washed” With a dirty towels that were reamed out of regular water, another technician walked past my vehicle with his rubber gloves on and touched the front bumper, which is where the grease print came from. Then when someone from the dealer drove my vehicle and parked it back out front. They were revving it excessively. extremely unprofessional of the staff treating my vehicle this way. Also my vehicle also has a open recall and I was not advised of this when I got in the car my Acura app open and there was a notification and it was the recall notice. Honestly just stay away

We bought a 2025 Acura MDX Advance A-Spec from Springfield Acura in NJ on Monday evening, April 7, 2025. It was a long journey (we started in August 2024, since its a large purchase, we did lots of research for months to make sure we chose the right vehicle, model, and trim package for our family's needs. We worked with Richard Morales, our sales person, since August 2024 until yesterday. Rich Morales was courteous, beyond patient (with my many questions), texts, calls, and emails throughout the months. Even a few (more than 5+) visits back to the dealership, and multiple test drives with us. Other positive notes about Rich, is he had a 'no pressure' approach, never once did he text, email, or call me to ask us to come in to buy. Additionally, he is a great communicator, he kept us in the loop every step of the way, rarely seen, I never felt we were in the dark. He always made appointments for us, so when he knew we were coming, his attention could be dedicated to us. He even told us last night after the sale was completed, we can call him anytime with questions, issues with vehicle, or to help schedule maintenance. Our finance person at the dealership, Manny Lazo, he was excellent to work with, very patient, and explained things in layman's terms, especially with the legal terms of the finance contract from American Honda Finance to help us understand what we were signing. He took the extra time to explain NJ lemon laws, and a special offer to have our tires, keys, and paintless dent removal program. What a great dealership and team of employees working there! My wife and I both left very happy with our purchase!

1st experience in a dealership & officially my worst experience, we were set on an offer for a Acura type S, I even put a $500 deposit, I had to get a check for a car loan which took me a week to get the check, then then 2 days later I called my insurance to already have the car registered under my name & it was finalized, Monday comes & it’s Memorial Day, I had work & I called Acura to make sure I can go after work and they told me they close at 5pm and I told them if the sales associate is willing to stay at 5:20 because that’s the time I will arrive coming out of work, the sales associate did not pick up my phone call, I left him a voice message and still did not consider on calling me back or texting me back. I call today(Tuesday) the sales associate twice & he still did not answer me, I called him back the 3rd time, that’s when he answered me & told me the deal is off if I want the car & I quote “you pay $1000” why do I need to pay $1000 more if we had a deal already ?, went in person to talk to them again because I already had the check, the veichle already under my name & yet they did not give it to me, sales manager was also being very unprofessional as well, can’t believe this was my first time about to purchase a car from Acura, which I loved the cars but with this experience it just disgusted me by the unprofessional way they handle things, if the deal was “off” then why wouldn’t they tell me that before calling my insurance, going to the bank, talking to the bank to get this check in my hand so I can get the car. Very very unprofessional, please if you have another dealership you can go to go there, don’t go here, worst experience I’ve ever had, don’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. On top of that the sales associate told me “if I want the car you have to pay $1000” at this point there not a dealership of there word, how are you going to charge me more after we already made a deal and I came with everything in my bag, check & insurance & yet they still denied me. Can’t believe I had to witness this way & especially in a Acura dealership, I thought Acura dealership is all about caring for there customers, making them happy, & filling there needs & provide excellent service, but that’s not it. It’s the...
