ZAGG Springfield — Attraction in Springfield

Came to this location multiple times when Google mentioned it was open including now 11:33 on 07/17/2022 and the location is closed. I once managed to stop by when it was open and the worker seemed to be under the influence.

Update: Came to the location on 07/26 and was denied service because of my review. The employee took off my screen protector, realized I left a bad review and denied me service. Zagg has a representative that denied me service upon starting service (my phone screen was left unprotected by the employee). When he confronted me about my post I explained that I went there multiple times during their store hours and they were closed, and the last time some one was there they had the lights off at first and when I entered the place he was very jittery like he was under the influence and the employee said he dislike that I posted what I experienced. He also said the previous time I was there and they were closed due to store hours. Upon checking they updated their store hours four days ago. Terrible service, I got everything on video. I am contacting corporate, and waiting on the store owner to show up.

Update: Spoke with Corporate who explained they aren’t directly linked to the franchise thus, the experience I had did not represent how Zagg operates. The company sent me replacements with reduced shipping rate. Although it was after confirming my replacements the store owner did call back and offered to give me service. I explained it was no longer needed. I do appreciate the call back...

Zagg screen protectors are an excellent product I have been using for years. The Zagg Springfield NJ franchise and store owner Mark go beyond that. My wife had dropped her new phone and the protector did its job and took the damage. Unfortunately we had thrown out the frame to install a replacement that I ordered from Zagg on line. Zagg does not send those with the replacements. I called the store and the owner said to stop by and he would give me one. I knew that It is $10 shipping replace the screen protectors from Zagg on line as I had already done previously but found out It is only $12 installed if you bring to his store for the replacement. It is easier and faster to get a replacement from the Zagg Store. You get professional instillation and you get to meet Mark. That said great store and super nice and accommodating management. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his field, he took interest in my situation and was extremely considerate and patient while spending an exorbitant amount of time trying to help me obtain critical information that I needed. In fact, he was the only person that has been able to identify the issue I was having with my phone.
