When you call and ask to speak to someone about an issue and the receptionist asks an idiotic question pertaining to your issue that’s my first strike. I’m directed to Bob Vogels voicemail and I leave a message, I missed his return call so I call back and leave a more detailed message and never hear from him again. So I found an email to another man who actually responded, thank you Jim Fossel! Then respond to said email and included the other man Casey, who Jim advised me to talk to about this situation, then there’s no response.
