On my most recent predawn cycling adventure past the Arch, I was glad to see Lewis & Clark (plus their dog) all lit up nicely under bright street lights. It's a shame at 5 in the morning the Arch isn't displayed as well. It's barely visible. I was also glad to see the absence of rowdy crowds hungover from the night before. The police & park officials must've cracked down on this. A few years ago, I worried about my own safety on the bike path that parallels Leonor K. Sullivan. This location beats the heck out of the original placement back in 2006 when half the time it was at least partially submerged under muddy waters. In 2016 after being restored, it was moved to this much better & more tourist-friendly spot just north...
