We ended up here for dinner because it was late and pretty cold out. We sat for about 10 minutes before we were even greeted by anyone. It wasn’t very busy but I have a feeling they were short staffed. Our waiter emerged from the kitchen with food for a table of 8 and acknowledged us. After that the service was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. The food was decent but I personally think a little overpriced but it’s also in a hotel so that is to be expected. Steve got a brisket Philly with beans and I got the pork plate with Mac and cheese. The portions were slightly on the large side (also explaining the price) and neither of us could finish all the food. Anywho-the twister cocktail was delicious. The pork tasted great but was “stringy”. The Mac and cheese was “light” tasting and really very enjoyable. The Cole slaw was nice and a little sweet. My husband loved his sandwich because it was flavorful and the beans were really heavy on the BBQ sauce which he liked but I thought was too much. The acoustics were not great so between the other diners (it got busy as the not got on) and the music it was hard to have a conversation.

Smells like a dirty sponge. Ok food. Loud patrons The bar staff must not be closing down or cleaning properly because the whole place reeked like a old sponge, I wasn't even sitting at the bar and tend to have a terrible send of smell but it was distracting even to me. Most of the customer base seemed to be staying at the hotel so I assume it's only in business due to convenience not quality. Staff was slow and only had 2 of the 3 point of sale systems in operation. They have a digital menu but aren't utilizing QR codes and instead rely on printed paper menus giving the place a cheap feel, they'd do better to do a half sheet of cardstock menu in a admission ticket motif if they aren't ready to go fully digital. The food was okay, it came out lukewarm and the fries tasted off like the oil they were cooked in wasn't fresh. The prices could be decent, but a little overpriced considering the quality issues. Overall if you are starving and just want food and don't want to leave the hotel it is edible.

If possible I would give this a zero stars. Terrible service from staff that was not busy. First drink served was wrong, second was served out of a dirty glass (don't complain here if your not satisfied obviously). Couldn't keep our waiters attention long enough to determine what was served with my meal. Was literally left hanging asking a question to thin air as he walked away. Asked for a takeout box for my leftovers (the brisket was quite chewey) and I got exactly that. A box... Nothing to put the coleslaw or bbq sauce in. Had to track down the waiter again to ask for containers. Had to track him down a THIRD time just to get the bill. The place was NOT busy.. This was during the recent snowstorm and NO ONE able to get out. It was us, and 4 other tables... And 3 waiters. Wouldn't eat here again if someone paid me to. The dirty glass was just disgusting. at $10 a drink, no thanks.

We were staying at the Hyatt Hotel where this restaurant is located. Due to convenience during our 10 day trip, we ordered take out 4 separate times. We tipped extremely well the first 3 times, and each time they left out something from our order. Sauces, fries, something. So we had to go back to get our missing items. We decided to try them one last time, again, due to convenience at the hotel. I told them that they had messed up our order the last three times, and they guarenteed me our order would be correct this time. Well, guess what. I checked my receipt before I took away our take out order. I had ordered a side salad and they charged me for a full entree cobb salad. I told them that was not what I ordered, so they said they had to credit the whole order and rerun the charge, which was weird. Why not just refund the salad charge? Then the manager came out and said they gave me a full cobb salad entree free of charge. Great, but I did not want that, so it was thrown away. What a waste of food. He could have just given us a $5 or $10 credit. Also, we asked for 4 cups of honey mustard sauce since we had 4 orders of the chicken tenders. Again, they did not give us our sauce. I wasn't going back down again. If you order take out there, CHECK YOUR FOOD ORDER. I guarentee you will be missing something. I would not recommend this place. Food was meh and way overpriced. Instead we walked 2 blocks to Pickles Deli. Much better food and...

Stopped in here for dinner following a visit to the Arch. I should’ve known NOT to patronize this place as there was only one other table being utilized at 6:45-7pm in the evening. But, after driving for nearly 6 hours and not being too terribly hungry, my husband and I took a chance. (MENTAL NOTE: trust your gut instincts!)

We were seated quickly, as there was only one other table eating at the time. Our order was also taken quickly.. There aren’t many menu options to choose from 🤯

Zef, our waiter was cordial and verified the order for accuracy. The food came out quickly!

The macaroni & white cheddar cheese had the worst taste ever… like it had been made from a Kraft box mix & powder cheese was expired! Worst taste of what I can only imagine cardboard tasting like! The mixed fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, & honeydew had NO FLAVOR! I’ve never experienced fruit being completely tasteless!

My husband ordered a smoked half chicken platter. The chicken must have been a baby chick as there wasn’t much meat on that plate AT ALL! He did say his food was ‘just alright.’ At $20 for a baby chick and 2 table spoonfuls (1 for each side) — that is unacceptable. What’s even more unacceptable is $5 per glass of soda (especially when it’s 2/3 ice cubes!

As I said, I should’ve listened to my gut instinct. This place Is UNABLE TO BE RECOMMENDED! The quality of food is below standard and the cost is...

Our service was horrible. The waiter was not willing to wait on us which made this experience horrible. We were excited about going trying local beers without having to drive at our hotel. No flights available only full size 16oz. He acted like I was speaking a different language when I asked for a flight. Dude you work at a brewhouse! Then he never came back. Kitchen brought out stale chips and jar salsa and guacamole. Waited to order beer #2 and food for about 30 mins. Table next to us manager came and took their order and they got excellent service. I went to the bar to order beer #2 ,and bartender wouldn't take my order bc I was at a table. He flagged down my waiter. Ok so waiter finally brings 2nd round about an hour in and takes food order. He then says let me know if you need anything. . . ummm, I needed you to take my order. We are ready to pay but weren't given a receipt. I had to ask for it. The manager told this guy to go take care of his tables while cleaning up dirty dishes and he didn't not stop at any of his 3 tables sitting where we were.

This place looked good! Our experience was ruined by a server. Waiting tables isn't your thing move on and don't ruin this for others.

Also offer flights at the brewhouse like every other...
