I took my daughter, her friend and my 10 yr. old son today and I have to say it was probably the best customer service I have ever had. My son was nervous and didn’t want to go in. The staff offered to take him and me into the room first so he could understand how it worked. He was crying and scared, the staff then offered a stuffed animal to hold during, extra flashlights, or even a popsicle to help ease his nerves. He held the stuffed animal but decided he was still too scared to go in, so my son and I sat out, while my daughter and her friend did the escape room. They refunded the money for my son and myself (without me asking) and let him keep the stuffed animal. They were so incredibly kind and told us other stuff to do in the area while we waited for my daughter and her friend. The Great Big Game Show is attached to the Escape Game, after waiting for my daughter and her friend, my son decided he wanted to do that instead. So after they finished the Escape Game the 4 of us played together at The Great Big Game Show! We got 50% off the Great Big Game Show for also doing the Escape Game and my son spun a giant wheel and won a free entry ticket. What started off as an outing of tears, ended with laughter and fun! I can’t recommend either of these places enough. The staff was so fantastic, the game show was so fun and my daughter and her friend enjoyed the Escape Game as well. What started out as what seemed like a rough day ended with my faith in humanity being restored and now my son even wants to hold his birthday at The Great Big Game Show!...

We did the Ruins Escape room. Theme is very immersive. The rooms look great inside and are in great condition. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They stayed on top of giving you hints when we requested them. I also liked that there were a lot of positive sound effects when you solved a puzzle. For most of the puzzles, there was a sound effect when it was completed . This is very nice because I’ve been to escape rooms where it was dark, and we couldn’t see whatever moved when we solved a puzzle and wasted time trying to solve things already solved. So big thumbs up on these sound effects. We have done a number of escape rooms, but we did struggle with this one. A big warning I’d have for this one, is that some of the puzzles are more simple than other escape rooms I’ve done, so be careful not to overthink! This was our biggest issue. My main criticism of the room was that it was very dark, making some puzzles very difficult to solve. I understand it was part of the theme, but a little more light would have been helpful. At one point, I was hauling bulky pieces of puzzles back to the first room because it had the most light. I will say that the lighting issue is a very common problem I’ve seen at multiple escape rooms. Overall though, a great experience. I look forward to trying more of their in-person as well as...

An Unforgettable Escape Room Experience – Thanks to Game Master Mo!

If you're looking for the ultimate escape room experience, look no further. From start to finish, our time at The Escape Game was nothing short of extraordinary, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible game master, Mo.

Mo brought the perfect mix of humor, professionalism, and support that elevated our entire experience. She was attentive without being overbearing, gave just the right nudge when we were stuck, and made us feel like the heroes of our own movie. Her energy and storytelling made the immersion feel real, and their passion for escape rooms is contagious.

The room itself was well-designed, challenging, and deeply engaging, but it was Mo’s enthusiasm and mastery that took it over the top. You can tell she cares about every team’s journey and genuinely want you to have a blast.

Highly recommend booking here, and if you get Mo as your game master, you're in for a treat. We’re already planning our...

The Escape Game in STL was absolutely incredible! My partner and I met in St Louis between his deployments, and we played 4/5 games they have there. The difficulty of each room is PERFECT for all comers to escape rooms, and the technology in use makes it even more fun than your normal lock and key game! The staff is top notch, they make you feel welcome and included and their passion for escape rooms really shines through! Thank you Escape Game STL for making this trip incredible!

I was so impressed with the high quality of this escape room! We’ve been doing escape rooms for years and this one had multiple rooms, great sets, and puzzles were a great mixture of difficulty levels. I loved the computer guide in Cosmic Crisis (a fun immersive way for hints!). Our group had a blast and our game guide Ryan was helpful and funny and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend the Escape Game at The Foundry!

This was my first time ever doing an escape room, but my grandson is an escape room pro. I’m so glad he was with us because we were able to escape from the time traveler was just a minute remaining. It was so much fun. I highly recommend this But make sure you’ve got somebody young who is able to figure things out.
