âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Tower Grove Farmersâ Market â Tower Grove Park, St. Louis
Tower Grove Farmersâ Market is less of a market and more of a weekend ritual. Itâs where fresh produce, handmade goods, and local flavors meet under the leafy canopy of Tower Grove Park. The vibe is equal parts lively, welcoming, and downright charming.
What to Expect Every Saturday, the park transforms into a vibrant hub of farmers, bakers, artisans, and food vendors. Youâll find everything from crisp heirloom tomatoes and just-picked herbs to local honey, grass-fed meats, and freshly baked bread. Add in small-batch coffee, popsicles, and hot food stands with dishes from around the world, and youâve got breakfast and lunch covered.
Highlights
Quality and variety: Organic produce, local dairy, farm-fresh eggs, and unique crafts make each visit a treasure hunt.
Community vibe: Families picnic on the grass, kids splash in the fountain, and thereâs often live music or even free yoga sessions. It feels like the heart of the neighborhood.
Foodie heaven: Grab a crepe, sip on cold brew, or treat yourself to an indulgent pastry while you stroll.
Things to Know Yes, prices can be higher than the supermarket, but thatâs the price of supporting small farms and local makersâand the flavor and freshness are worth every penny. Arriving early is smart if you want the best picks, as popular items sell out fast.
Bottom Line: Tower Grove Farmersâ Market is one of the best ways to spend a Saturday morning in St. Louis. Whether youâre shopping for the week, meeting up with friends, or just soaking in the sunshine, itâs a joyful, community-driven experience youâll want to come back to...
Read moreMy daughter and I went to this Farmers Market 4 times during Sept-Oct 2022. There are a lot of vendors to meet. I ordered beef from a family farm, bought lots of jelly, jams and marmalades, bought lots of fresh veggies, fresh flowers, and we always got breakfast (blueberry biscuits, sweet crepes, savory crepes, and burrito). Bring a bag or two to carry your purchases. Lot's of fun!
Update - 6-18-2023 Tried a new food vendor, Tropical Pot, LLC @tropicalpot314, Jamaican cuisine. I tried the jerk chicken plate with rice & beans and cabbage. The chicken was extremely tender and tasty. The sauce gives it a nice kick. I noticed some people were asking for the sauce on the side. The rice and beans complimented the jerk chicken nicely. The cabbage isnât pickled but it was flavored perfectly. This business doesnât have a brick and mortar store so youâll have to search for their pop-up location. They take cash or...
Read moreI really loved this new market to me. My son joined in as a new local to Saint Louis. He has been a few times and recommended.
The parking is a minus in the park area, itâs intense to locate a place after 10 AM once you enter Tower Grove Park. Iâm not going to deduct anything for being this popular. There is neighborhood parking immediately outside the park.
I located parking and less than a quarter mile walk not bad. The vendors were packed in with a very eclectic variety of items. Iâm guess 100+ vendors. The crowds were intense after 1030 AM. The market closes at approximately noon.
They also offer food stands. More food is in the park by the fountain. They also offer live music.
I canât wait to return. I believe the market operates throughout the year. They are open...
