Great for strollers, walkers, wheelchairs. A few inclines around the bridges, but overall it's an easy track to navigate. LOTS of benches to stop and rest or just enjoy the woods. There's even a tiny pond/wetland. I found nuts, berries, and many native medicinal plants. Great place for all ages and abilities to explore nature in the shade without driving half an hour out...
