Usually am pretty happy with this place. Takes a lot for me to make a fuss but I have never been so rudely handled. Iām honestly still shocked. It was a teen taking orders in the drive thru and either he lacks proper social skills or he was having a bad day. I pulled up to order and instead of welcoming me, it was.. āyou can order nowā. So I go to order and I am not allowed to have certain things due to allergy and I basically just order a plain chicken burrito w pico. I start telling him no sauce, no lettuce, and then he rudely cuts me off and starts naming all the ingredients really fast and says āso what do you wantā just seemed like I was a burden on him. I calmly just said never mind. At that point I think he knew he upset me. And said āare you sure?ā And I said yes, while Iām stuck in the drive thru. I just went around and parked and went in to order. The manager was there and I wanted to say something but I decided not to thinking maybe this young boy is just having a bad day. But then when I got back in my car I decided, I should do something because how else can this be corrected if they donāt know. This is a lesson everyone should learn when handling people. Weather youāre having a bad day or you just hate your job.. that is not anyone elseās problem. All I wanted was a chicken burrito. A lot of these kids today seriously lack manners and are so selfish they canāt see pass themselves or their own issues. I truly hope he has a better day tomorrow and he can go on from this point out taking orders handing people their food a drinks w a smile š On another note.. my burrito made by the other workers was fabulous...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreElery Morre (manger) worked night shift and refused to make my order for door dash the first time so they had to reassign my order to a new dasher because that dasher waited almost a hour and couldnāt wait any longer because had another order which they mad him leave the line and get back inline for my order. I called the restaurant and spoke to Elery Morre on May 27 2024 around 1:15am it was a man and he was very rude and told me that another employee was lying and I could here her in the back ground asking him why wonāt he make my order he than yells at me and her and hung up on me!! My new dasher then called me and let me know he was waiting also which had been 30 mins for my same order and also told me that Elery Morre made the nice young lady that was trying to make my order leave for the rest of her shift, that was down right disgusting of him and he should no longer have a job there. I will call corporate about this. Then he refused to make my drink so when I finally got my food my order was completely wrong and had no drink and it was very cold! No one including other employees should be treated like this especially from a manger! I could hear all of this happening while on the phone with my dashers and I would like something to been done about this asap! Smh I hate that that poor young lady Elizabeth was treated like that and thrown out of the store at 2:am so sad and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for trying to help and doing whatās right! Retrain him...

Heres the scene, we roll up after a night out on the town and you see the usual 20 cars at Tbell. You know the deal, this is a 40 minute wait but it's going to be worth it when you're finally through. My wife and I buckle up for a 40 minutes of bumper to bumper and staring at taillights.
All of the sudden, the line moves, slowly at first but then consistently. I stare at my wife in amazement, it might have been 5 minutes and we're already at the ordering sign. We've already crushed 10 cars in the line.
Another 5 minutes pass and Jerry hands me back my credit card as my wife's already halfway through her Cheesy Gordita Crunch.
The speed and quality at which Jerry and Yokum work is incredible and I have faith that they could single handedly carry this establishment through any rush hour.
If you've been out on the town and need a bite to eat. Tacobell on Shelbyville Road is the place you need to be. Jerry and Yokum...
