This franchise really makes you wonder how anyone else sales Chicken anymore... I'd eat their Chic-fil-A++ Sauce on ketchup and be happier for it, When you pull up to the place the line can be a mile long but you dont drive by... Knowing that its excuse free Fast Food and Their Pleasure to Service Their Community in Grand Style. Proof that people will Shine out going above and beyond to Earn 15$ cashier/Customer service Fast Food wages, and sale so much more chicken in the mean time, that The Owners can Walk away from Billions each year- just Keeping the Traditons they believe in, for their personal Consciences, plus that, that they Make a heavy profit for paying more Forward then Fast food has every seen in social value alone,,,, That that that 6/7 days wages starting off is 185% industry standard Rolling in Financial and Social Gains arent even better then Their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches..... Now That is remarkable... 1st off, it would have to be an exceptional place for me to rate a fast food restaurant 5 stars. This particular chick-file-A does come mighty close.

The good.. Customer service is excellent, counter staff are well mannered play and attentive, kitchen staff are clean and professional, window crew are courteous and thorough, and outside order takers keep the truly mind boggling flow of drive thru customers moving smoothly without leaving you feeling rushed. In all cases managers have been attentive to the needs of patrons and leap to attend to developing issues when there are no idle hands. This store is always clean, with employees routinely working to maintain that condition. The play area is likewise maintained well and often.

The not good.. This store is cramped, from the compact if convenient location on a busy 6 lane near to shopping malls and office towers, To the dining area where you don't quite feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbors, but if anybody stood beside their table for long it would feel uncomfortable. Likewise are the parking lot and play area.. There's enough spots, and there's enough slides, but if someone gets confused things jam up quick.

I don't usually do bad restaurant reviews because i work in the food industry part time and I understand it's tough, but wow.

Very frustrated with this location. I have been there 3 times in the last 3 months and EVERY time they mess up my order. The first one was dine in and they gave me a crispy sandwich instead of grilled which I can't eat due to dietary restrictions. It then took me over 15m to get someone to come to the counter to fix it and easily another 15m in line because they messed it up AGAIN and had to drop it twice. Then it took us another 10m to get drink refills.

The second time they did the exact same thing but in the drivethru line. When I called to get it fixed no one answered and I had already made it home. The kid in the drive thru line also argued with me that peppermint chip shakes don't exist (it was early December. The sign behind him clearly said it).

This time I told the girl 3 times in the drive thru line about my dietary restriction. Checked the bag before we left and everything. Got home and wrong flavor of milkshake. Tried to call, no answer. Not going back because there's a winter storm coming in but I will not be returning to...
