Goodwill Stamford Store & Donation Station — Attraction in Stamford

Today date is 10/19/24 I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN the time was 6:30 pm when we walk in i walk to the the bathroom door as I’m walking towards the bathroom they locked the door and told us that the bathroom are now close and refused me and my kids the bathroom and someone was yelling to everyone that the store is closing IN 5mis mean while it’s 6:35pm and they close at 7pm EST they had probably 10 employees walking around telling everyone to leave and they had they men and women employees where talking to each other inappropriate behavior we saw people trying to get stuff out of the glasses case and they refused to open it and tell the people multiple times that where close and told them they had to leave. We ask to talk to an manager and they laughed at us and told us that it’s someone who wearing blue and pointed a employee and that person laugh at us and he pointed at someone else and had us running around and once family got to someone who agreed that that where the manager and they said that we won’t open anything and told us and everyone had to to leave and walked away laughing.

They treated everyone terribly I would NOT COME HERE!

I've been here a few times already and never really find anything. It's a pretty big location with a lot of parking, which I love! I just wish I was able to purchase some great finds. It's very empty at the moment so if you're looking to visit, I'd wait a little bit to see if they replenish. I couldn't even find any regular t-shirts, a bit disappointing but it's not the location's fault. It's probably very popular amongst the neighborhood.

EDIT: I decided to visit this Goodwill again & so happy I did! I found so many sweaters (brand new with tags) for Fall and they were priced fairly. There was so much to look through on the racks including lots of jackets, blazers, business wear, t-shirts, sweaters, jeans, shoes, etc. I took home do many goodies and I'm excited to...

Here are some pros and negatives of this store

Pros: ALL of the workers are really friendly and nice. They all deserve a raise.

Quality of clothes. The quality of the stuff here is really good. Obviously some days are WAY better than others, but for the most part, it’s nice.

Size and quality of the store. The size of the store is also really nice. It’s ‘comfortable’, well lit, and clean.

Cons. There are only a few, but here they are:

Organization. The biggest issue I’ve seen with the store is the organization. Often times I see women shirts and pants in the men’s section. I’m not sure if there are a lot of men’s stuff on the women's sections (I don’t browse...
