Rafted on 5/30/25. My 5th year in a row rafting and it never gets old. Rafting in late May early June is a great time to raft! Took my niece and boyfriend for their first time and they loved it (fortunate to have Sam as our guide again!). Weather and water temps were perfect. Jeremy, owner of White Cloud Rafting, has such an incredible company with great staff who are all experienced in what they do, always uplifting, knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend and I hope to make it again next year!

Best rafting company ever! Rafting today, 6/15/22, temperature 65 degrees, sunny, and with wetsuit, it was a perfect day for rafting. Not too hot and not too cold! We’re in our 50’s on a girl’s Class IV rafting trip. Sam, our guide, was fantastic and made our trip easy and enjoyable! This is our 2nd trip two years in a row and we planned it around White Cloud Rafting. Fantastic group of people, astonishing service. Can’t wait to do it again! Highly recommend...

I have gone on rafting trips a couple of times with White Cloud rafting. Each time the guides have been very competent but also personable and focused on making sure each person has a safe and enjoyable trip down the river. It was a bit cold the morning we went, but our guide offered splash jackets to help with that, and when one of our group got uncomfortably cold, they assisted to help her get warm, turning around a situation that could have been miserable. We all had a good time, enjoying the beautiful Salmon River and the peace and beauty of the area. We did the lunch rafting trip - it was a good amount of time on the river and a lovely break for lunch and to stretch our legs. The lunch was very good also. I am very impressed with the customer focus of this company - I'm positive every person has a great day and you can tell that the guides love taking people out to enjoy the river and the outdoors. Next time I want to try the high...

We went down with some friends last year for high water in late May. IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE! The rapids were amazing, just crazy to see how they changed with the spring run off. Waves everywhere, splashes around every turn and the dam was just crazy fun! As always we felt so safe and secure with the guides, they took their time to go over every little thing about how to remain safe and what to do if you happen to fall out, they really take this so very seriously- it added comfort to my husband, who has been down many rivers just not during high water- he's hooked now!

Sita was just amazing, how she navigated those rapids is an art if you ask me. We never felt out of control or unsafe, every little detail was covered and the guides even took time to answer questions with the utmost professionalism and understanding. There's only a small window to go when the water is high and I'd tell you to get your seats booked now- it's a wild ride...

Was in the area last week doing lots of hiking/running and lake hopping. Wanted a nice big kayak for my dog and I for a down day. Redfish lake has smaller plastic ones, the motel that rents across the street denied my pupper boarding privileges, so then I noticed White Cloud and walked across to try my luck. These guys were stoked to help my Pup and I out, and enhanced our day 10 fold when they offered a easy, cheap 6 mi river flout route shuttle, with bonus hot springs to pull off at mid way on the ride. 10/10 service and stoke. Maybe my fav day of the trip? I don’t think they allow puppers on the guided white water tours? but very rad to let my dog ride the mellow send on the Salmon in the Yaks!!

This was my first time rafting/kayaking. I had a great time. I ended up flipping over my kayak in the first set of rapids and my paddle got lodged in the rocks underwater. My guides were very gracious and they towed my kayak down the river and allowed me to get into one of the rafts to finish the expedition. It was a great experience and I had a lot of fun. They provided drinks and snacks at the half way point and let us jump off a rock into the river. I highly recommend trying this if you’re in Stanley. The photos below are of me when I fell in the water and you can purchase photos when you finish

We took a group of 15 down the Salmon River, and it couldn’t have gone better. The weather was perfect, the scenery was stunning, and most importantly, the guides were top-notch—knowledgeable, fun, and made everyone feel safe and welcome. They balanced professionalism with a great sense of humor, keeping the whole group engaged and excited throughout the day. Whether it was navigating rapids or floating through calm stretches, every moment was memorable. Highly recommend White Cloud Rafting for anyone looking to have an unforgettable time on the river!
