Riverwear — Local services in Stanley

I love this shop, and buy something every time I visit Stanley 4 or 5 times a year. I can't help but notice how expensive things in here are becoming. I would buy all my grandkids' t-shirts, a few magnets and stickers, get my husband a hat, and a sweatshirt and a bracelet or a pair of artisan earrings for myself... Woooowwww... $49.95 for a sweatshirt is getting a bit spendy. Not a name brand, not a hoodie, a crew colarred ladies garden variety sweatshirt. Just grabbed one from the stack of a dozen or so from the 50 different stacks on the shelves. Hmmm... So, suffice it to say, I did buy a sticker and a magnet... and I guess I probably have enough...

The "owner" accuses people of shoplifting without proof. The sales people complain if you 'mess up her display.' Horrible customer service. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Go shop somewhere that appreciates their customers!

Watching how a customer was treated earlier today cured me shopping here. I've watched how they treat people and jump to conclusions about their customers. Sad to see small town Idaho has stooped to this level of ugly. Hopefully the real owner steps in and puts a stop to...

The Stanley merchandise is amazing, and they have all other gear you may need for your outdoor activities. The staff are amazing, too. I called because I wanted to buy a hoodie I saw and regretted not buying it. The size I needed was out of stock online, but they had one in the store so they updated the site and I was able to order it within minutes. About 20 minutes later and the order is ready to ship. Spectacular...
