Stanley Baking is amazing! As delicious as any down-to-earth bakery in New York City or San Francisco, except with friendlier staff and service. We arrived around 8am on a Saturday morning and there was already a line creeping out the door. The sourdough pancakes were awesome -- crispier than typical pancakes and well-flavored such that you don't need to drown them in syrup. The cowboy cookie was deliciously packed of oats, nuts, and chocolate, and the other pastries (sugar and cream pastry and the blackberry scone) were also excellent, not to sweet for the former and stuffed with huge berries for the latter. Dishes run around $10-15 and portions are huge; coffee is refillable and if you ask for a to-go cup, you can even take some away!

The line doesn't move very quickly between 10am and 12pm so bear that in mind -- you'll be waiting a while. They've got their operations and volume of tables to line speed down, though, such that once you order, there's usually a free table in the venue somewhere. Great flow through the entire...

Made a coffee stop on our way out of town and ended up staying for a snack! First, this is the place to be, when we arrived there was a line out the door... but then I noticed there was an express lane. Giving people an option of dining in and ordering from a food menu or ordering a beverage / bakery item, skipping the line. Genius!

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato with Almond Milk, so delicious and creamy. The barista perfected the sweetness level too (I like mine semi sweet). My partner ordered the Idaho Kombucha, making me question if I wanted to double fist with my coffee and his choice.

They have an extensive bakery menu, although they do run out quick, due to demand. We had to get a cinnamon roll of course, it was chefs kiss. It was so good, I dug in before I remembered to take a photo! Large enough to share between two, unless you're up for the challenge.

The atmosphere was lively and cozy, with cabin vibes....

A true Gem for us when visiting Stanley. Their coffee is organic and delicious! One of the best lattes I’ve had in a very long time. They have gluten free bread and several gluten free baked treats available for those of us with allergies. For those without allergies, wow, those baked goods look AMAZING! You can even get a custom cake made here. We had a vegan, gluten free chocolate cheesecake made to celebrate a birthday. It had a nut crust and the flavor was superb!

When we ate in, I got the we have the beets breakfast, it was fresh, felt healthy and was delicious. My husband had the eggs Benedict and liked his as well.

Definitely stop in for some good bites and even better service. The staff here is exceptional. We loved everyone we interacted with.

Also the water is great, super cold and great to fill your...

Stanley Baking Co. and Cafe in Stanley, ID is a very popular place for breakfast, and we stopped here on our way out from camping. ☕️There are 2 lines: A baked goods and coffee line which is shorter, and a longer line which gets you a table inside and access to their breakfast and lunch menus. 🪑We chose the shorter line and sat outside to eat! 🍽️Their food options look soo good, but we enjoyed our panini and cinnamon roll. 🐕Dogs are welcome if you sit outside, and it was great weather to sit and people watch! It would be fun to stop here on a weekday when it would be (hopefully) less busy 🤞🏻 Have you been here? If so what did you eat? 😋 - - - #stanleybakingcompany #stanleyrestaurant #stanleyidaho #visitidaho #stanley
