We stayed in the #1 cabin with a bathroom. Amenities included coffee maker with coffee, mini fridge, and microwave. There is also a TV, couch l, and of course the King Bed. The Bed is extremely soft, a little too soft for us. There is a nice area to keep luggage and clothes in the separated bathroom so you can keep the main cabin area clutter free. The #1 cabin looked like one of the only ones with all wooden Adirondack chairs while most had plastic ones. There is a nice cooking grill/firepit in the middle of the lawn in front of the cabins. The view is incredible, but unfortunately, the lodge partially blocks your view of the Sawtooths from the #1 cabin.

Visited Idaho from Massachusetts for my birthday with my boyfriend, and we spent two nights in Stanley at Triangle C. To say our cabin was perfect would be an understatement! We packed our days with sightseeing and adventure, so the cabin with one king bed was all we needed, but still exceeded our expectations. The cabin was immaculate- clean as a whistle, temperature control was a breeze, and our bed was likely the most comfortable hotel/cabin bed I’ve personally ever slept in. The proximity to everything else in town was amazing, and being able to check in/out online was great. If you’re thinking of booking, do it! Thank you for such a cozy stay.

The Triangle C Lodge was the perfect place for a family to gather. Our 4 married children were all able to have their own room and bathroom and extra beds for their kids. The gathering space on the main floor was ideal with a huge kitchen set-up and tables to serve many. The location was perfect to access Redfish Lake, Stanley Lake, and the Salmon River. We spent a day at each. And the lodge was beautiful! We could have spent the whole time there. And the best part is the people that work there. Everyone was so helpful and nice! It was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed and more.

This was the perfect location for our trip. Very close to each of the trailheads we started our daily hikes from. Walking distance to the little mercantile store for snacks and such, and the amazing Stanley Baking Company. The cabin was cozy, had baseboard heaters which were wonderful for the chilly nights/early mornings, and they also provided a large fan when it was warmer during the days. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the check in process, texting confirmation/check in details, and providing a few suggestions of places to go to eat/pick up odds and ends nearby. Much appreciated! The rainfall shower head was lovely, and the water stayed fairly hot as long as you didn't take too long of a shower. They provided a hair dryer which is actually a game-changer because packing one is such a pain! The little porch was nice for chill evenings after a long day of hiking, and the twinkle lights were a cozy touch. We didn't have a dog with us this trip but the fact that a couple of the cabins are dog-friendly is awesome, and I wish more places did that.

My only complaints are:

  1. The WiFi in our cabin was spotty. It could be we were further from the main office? I was able to get cell service from the cabin, and we did not spend much time on the grounds except to sleep and hang out at night, so it wasn't a huge deal, but a little frustrating.
  2. At one point we misplaced something, and in looking for it, checked under one of the beds. I regret that. There was so much dust and empty water bottles and who knows what else. Pretty gross. It would be great if that could be cleaned as well as the rest of the cabin was. We requested maid service only once about halfway through our week stay, and it was all still there after. Looks like it had been there for several weeks at least.
  3. Adding a small table indoors for eating meals/snacks at would be a good addition. Our cabin had a mini fridge and microwave, and one lone chair, but no table to sit down and eat at, or plan out the hike for the next day, etc.

Despite the above, we would stay here again. It was quiet, affordable, and the people in the other cabins were respectful of the shared spaces as well. We loved this trip and the...

We have stayed here every summer for the last 5 years. We have always had a great experience. This time was very poor. We stayed in cabin 10 which we didn’t realize is attached to the laundry room. You can hear everything going on inside that room starting very early in the morning. We had come back from being at the lake all day, ready to shower and head to dinner. The shower head did not work. There was a very slow trickle that barely came out. We txt the number inside the room where it said to reach out with problems, this was at 5:30 pm. We went to dinner and still hadn’t heard back. When we were leaving from dinner we received a txt saying that the battery to the door lock on the cabin needed to be replaced because it was dying. We replied back saying they could come replace it and also reported the problem with the shower. They said they would just come in the morning to work on it. When we checked out at 11:00 we still had no working shower. We stopped by the front desk and I talked to them in person and all I got was that they would try to show up to fix it for the next people. We will not be staying...

We stayed in Cabin #4 last weekend. The cabin was adorable and perfect for us. The staff was responsive to everything we needed. I was looking forward to roasting marshmallows on the fire pit they advertised but they said it’s closed in the winter. Next thing we know the staff delivers a portable fire pit, wood and starter fluid to our cabin. It meant so much to us that they went out of their way to make that happen. We all loved the cabin! Our 2 little dogs loved the property! It’s within walking distance to anything you need …even though we drove.

It was below zero at night but we were nice and warm in our cozy little cabin. The fridge was bigger than I expected, which held all our food. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Loved the double doors to the bathroom for privacy. We rented snowmobiles just a block away and had a blast in the mountains.

I’ve always wanted to stay in these cabins every time we drive through Stanley! Your window faces the Sawtooths…It was ALL THAT and more. I even bought a tshirt from them which I never do....
