Another banger of a visit I would be absolutely devastated if I didn't give attention to. I had this really good intro planned in my mind... something something Earth rhyming with Worth [the visit], but I would rather skip the pageantry for a real moment: this place is awesome. I was expecting something run of the mill and kitschy (sorry; I am a cynic) only to have an incredible time. My partner and I got the 35 dollar bucket, some fantastic artwork and firewood. I was expecting some odds and ends Crystals, maybe an ambiguous fossil and the ilk... yeah, my bad. The staff? Y'all are incredible. The value for my money? Inconceivable. The volume and quality of the gems? Off the freakin charts. And (something I was not expecting) the kindness, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff? Mind blown. This is not some off road tourist attraction. This is a place you got to experience. I could go there everyday for a month straight and not get bored, which is saying a lot. If you are new to crystals/gemstones, don't care and just want to check out someplace cool, young or old.... just drop in. It is so worth it. The staff is incredible and the place is exceptional in its variety...

I’ve been to this store multiple times and I absolutely adore it. It has the cutest selection of crystals and agates, lots of jewelry, and they support local artists. Unfortunately, this afternoon during my visit I was met with extremely unprofessional costumer service. (For reference, my friends and I are young adults) We were shopping around, being respectful, and even having educational conversations with the associates. All but one of us made our purchases and left the store feeling appreciated and satisfied. I’m assuming they didn’t realize one of us was still in the store. One of the male associates who was very helpful and polite earlier on our visit, began talking poorly of our group. He was calling us names including “preppy” and “rude”. I understand young adults can be unpleasant costumers, I myself have experienced it as I also work in costumer service. But considering we were being respectful and even asking education questions, I don’t believe our actions warranted this response. I am deeply disappointed in this experience, I hope my next visit is more positive and mindful of how their actions impact others of all...
