We stayed at the Red River Gorge State Park Lodge and decided to take a Saturday morning stroll down to the farmers marketāand it was such a great way to start the day!
They had live music playing, which set a really cool, laid-back vibe. There were tons of vendors with all kinds of unique productsādefinitely something for everyone.
We picked up a delicious focaccia bread topped with red onions, tomatoes, and basil that we couldnāt stop snacking on. Also grabbed some fresh tomatoes from another vendor and made real-time tomato sandwiches right then and there. Simple, fresh, and so good.
My boyfriend was pumped to find some handcrafted iron spatulasāwhich heās already plotting to break in on the grill.
